Koke Posted 15 May 2007 Posted 15 May 2007 Starting this early just to root for WBA. Why? Because they got a more solid back line than Wolves and they'll be able to handle Derby in the final. With all due of respect to Wolves if they get through, Im afraid Derby are as good as promoted. Going foward Wolves are immense but their defence are letting them down a wee bit. In WBA we trust. In WBA we trust.
Geo V Posted 16 May 2007 Posted 16 May 2007 Yeah I hope WBA go up. They have a few excellent players like Davies, Ellington, Koumas, McShane and Kamara and I wouldnt want them in the Championship next season. Boing Boing and all that
Koke Posted 16 May 2007 Author Posted 16 May 2007 My brain says WBA should go through because they'd give Derby a good fight. My heart says Wolves should go through because I want to see this kid in the Premiership:
Wils Posted 16 May 2007 Posted 16 May 2007 I want WBA to win. I think there a better side and have more chance of beating Derby in the final.
Mort Posted 16 May 2007 Posted 16 May 2007 Dont really want WBA to go through coz it could well mean that not a single "new club" go up to the prem this season... Wolves or Derby i dont really care so long as a different club go up, though obviously i'd prefer it not to be Derby!
Ric Flair Posted 16 May 2007 Posted 16 May 2007 Albion have the best squad in the division, get them out of it so it's slightly easier for the rest next season.
Joe. Posted 16 May 2007 Posted 16 May 2007 Come on the Albion I say. They'd be the best match for Derby I think...
Ajax Treesdown Posted 16 May 2007 Posted 16 May 2007 "Down in Albion, they're black and blue" C'mon Brom!!!!
Matt Posted 16 May 2007 Posted 16 May 2007 C'mon the baggies. Although it could be an entertaining final if it come to Wolves v Derby (I work with a Wolves fan and the gaffer is a Derby fan, See that battle will be more entertaining than the game ) Still I said at the start of the playoffs i'd be supporting the baggies. (Got a quid on Phillips first scorer and 2-0 and Keogh first scorer and 1-1)
Sods Posted 16 May 2007 Posted 16 May 2007 Should be good atmosphere like last night, southampton fans were class. Jealous of how derbys ground is designed for their main singing bit.

Koke Posted 17 May 2007 Author Posted 17 May 2007 I thought West Brom were good tonight - Didnt give Wolves too much space and they deserved to get to the final.
SystonFox Posted 17 May 2007 Posted 17 May 2007 did WBA do a pitch invasion like those scummy shaggers when they thought they had actually gone up already? idiots.
Geo V Posted 17 May 2007 Posted 17 May 2007 I thought Phillips (and Hartson) were ready for the scrapheap at the start of the season but one has looked as good as ever and the other has seemingly retired to Burget King. Phillips is a goalscoring machine but I still think that he has been spurred on by the embarassment caused by his missus on that Wags boutique show . She came on Soccer AM and I think scored a goal by kicking the ball through the letter b or whatever it is while he missed
Wils Posted 17 May 2007 Posted 17 May 2007 Albion have the best squad in the division, get them out of it so it's slightly easier for the rest next season. Indeeed. Player for player they should have walked the league this season. I think they could easily hack it in the Premiership. Great header by Phillips last night.
Simi Posted 17 May 2007 Posted 17 May 2007 did WBA do a pitch invasion like those scummy shaggers when they thought they had actually gone up already? idiots. Yeh, they had a pitch invasion.
lildave3 Posted 17 May 2007 Posted 17 May 2007 Good header from Phillips and from what I saw they deserved the win. I said when we played them at their place that they would up becuase they have the best squad. I still don't agree with the sacking of Robson though.
Floating Fox Posted 17 May 2007 Posted 17 May 2007 did WBA do a pitch invasion like those scummy shaggers when they thought they had actually gone up already? idiots.
Brainy Posted 17 May 2007 Posted 17 May 2007 Im stuck for the play off final Derby, not too keen WBA - what a waste of space. Up down up down I presume this is where they got the 'boing boing' from?
Joe. Posted 17 May 2007 Posted 17 May 2007 I'd love West Brom to stuff the sheep. It would really pain me to see them go up... <_< Come on you baggies!
