TPH was a Mod before a while ago and was then removed from his duties by mutual consent/sacked/etc. I must admit, I lost all respect for him when he became a Mod

On the positive side, TPH will not tolerate these plonkers, and as he (sometimes) comes across as sensible (oh, enough praise), I support him. On the negative, I would like some assurance that not every would-be moron will be booted off / banned / deleted immediately. A forum would not exist if it did not have a few numpties around. There are guidelines in place, I know but I would not want to see irrationality taking over. Perhaps we need a yellow / red card system.. Overall, we need to have some more moderation ALL the time. Mods can't be everywhere all the time, I accept that. But these little gits are really getting on my nerves! Rant over!

It's pretty much got to the stage where if you check the board statistics "Our newest member is...." you can gauge fairly accurately from the name (usually twatish and inspired) and lack of info in the profile what their first post is gonna consist of. Then sit back, put your feet up, count to 10 and wait to have your worst suspicions confirmed!
