dandannieldanok Posted 9 July 2007 Posted 9 July 2007 Sick, 10 years is ludicrous, these people should never be let out on the streets again.
Mr Happy Posted 9 July 2007 Posted 9 July 2007 Sick, 10 years is ludicrous, these people should never be let out on the streets again. Thats justice for you!! This is utterly shocking, the kind of evil that makes me wish hanging was brought back as capital punishment
Raj Posted 9 July 2007 Posted 9 July 2007 Do these'people' think they are doing something wrong?? I'd love a criminal psychiatrists point of view on these sort of animals and what makes them do these atrocities. The worrying thing is that they will be out in 5 years on good behaviour!
Head Honcho Posted 9 July 2007 Author Posted 9 July 2007 Thats justice for you!!This is utterly shocking, the kind of evil that makes me wish hanging was brought back as capital punishment Let's just hope they get what's coming to them when banged up! I don't think I could control myself given five minutes with them.
Blue Bob Posted 9 July 2007 Posted 9 July 2007 How could that not be classed as murder? I dont get how a human being can do that to another human being and enjoy it. The defences solicitor did a bit of neat work saying the death could have been due to his epilepsy, but then the prosecution should have done the same and had the three detained under the mental health act idefinately as someone who does this sort of thing is clearly not right in the head and is a danger to society.
Tubes Posted 10 July 2007 Posted 10 July 2007 this again brings up the never ending arument of life for a life or a life sentance should be what it says on the tin
BartonFox Posted 10 July 2007 Posted 10 July 2007 Can someone give me one reason as to why those f'ckrs are being allowed to continue to take breath? A perfect example of why the death penatly needs to be brought back.

DanTheFoxBhoy Posted 10 July 2007 Posted 10 July 2007 You know you want to worship the Celts. So are you a sheepshagger (in the Scottish sense) or what? You don't seem to fit in anywhere.
stez Posted 10 July 2007 Posted 10 July 2007 Can someone give me one reason as to why those f'ckrs are being allowed to continue to take breath?A perfect example of why the death penatly needs to be brought back. the sign of a decent society is the way it treats the worst people in that society, why would it make society any better than the murderers if society went on to murder them? anyhoo, i now know that if i plan to murder someone myself; all i have to do is lock them in a shed, stave and tourture them and i'll be running through the tulips free as you like, in 5 years (if i make parole, which, of course, i would)
Katy Posted 10 July 2007 Posted 10 July 2007 Apparently the lad was an epileptic and they couldn't be sure if he died from an epileptic fit or not - I wouldn't have thought the way he was being treated helped his condition any How cruel can some people be?
Kent Fox Posted 10 July 2007 Posted 10 July 2007 Apparently the lad was an epileptic and they couldn't be sure if he died from an epileptic fit or not - I wouldn't have thought the way he was being treated helped his condition any How cruel can some people be? Is it possible though that the epilectic fit was brought on by the circumstances in which he was in? I am sure that was probably argued. I agree that as a civilised society, we are judged on how we treat those less civilised, shall I say. But it has been very clear in many, many cases since the death penalty was abolished, that there are good reasons to bring it back. The problem lies in two areas: those who are dead (excuse the pun) against its return and those who are hell bent on proving that those that have been hanged were actually innocent, albeit on a technicality. Hang 'em, i say and let sleeping dogs lie. I'll get off my soap box now. Next.
jaffa1970 Posted 10 July 2007 Posted 10 July 2007 Surely a slow, painful death is warranted in this situation? Electricity run through their balls, kneecap them, smash their elbows..sorry..am i getting too graphic? Anyway..I am moving from Australia to Norwich for work in six weeks. How do I go about meeting up with east anglian fox supporters? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What would the powers have done in Oz? Institutionalise them or bang' em up? Just wondering.. I never seem to hear of people being declared insane in the States - they just die. Or get shot. Or something. Can't help with the East Anglia meet but if you know of any jobs in Oz for a pi**ed of retail manager, I'll come and meet you
jaffa1970 Posted 10 July 2007 Posted 10 July 2007 They would have banged em up...although i could not guarantee that a satisfactory sentence would be given..some judges here are pathetic. Mind you they would have to be in solitary confinement. Even hardened crims won't stand for what they did to that poor guy. As for the retail job...look up "The Age" website..melbourne paper with great jobs section. Otherwise try www.seek.com.au
Bryn Posted 10 July 2007 Posted 10 July 2007 Causing death? Breaching a fundamental human right through torture? 10 years? Pathetic.

They have NO concept of what people think is fair justice. 10 years is a joke of a sentence. And I hope to God they get their come uppance inside. Badly.

Melbourne...Norwich...Norwich...Melbourne - that's a tricky one  Prepare for a big letdown! (Nah, I'm only joking, Norwich is pretty nice, to be fair... apart from the Carrow Road end of town) ! I live about 25 miles from Norwich and know the city fairly well, so if you want advice on anything specific let me know and I'll try to help. As for an East Anglian meet... well, as far as I can make out there aren't that many of us who are regulars on here... in fact, only 2 others spring to mind! That's not to say we can't arrange to meet up sometime... let me know when you're here and sorted and we'll take it from there. In the meantime, PM me for the general low-down on Norwich or if you want to know anything in particular.
