I had mine on the 22nd June. Really enjoyed the night, the food wasn't great but the DJ was pretty good.

I'm sure you'll find a way to sneek some booze in. There are certain places they wont search ;)

What's a Prom, sounds like something girlies have, like a pyjama party or a sleep over?

It's basically a school disco (for us older types), now called a prom due to stupid americanisation of our culture.

If this is meaning a pyjama party for £24 i think people might be a little put off and wont want to pay to sleep round my house after me asking them to come over. You will definately get an invite anyway davieG

Or if its the end of school party/prom then its a good idea but i dont have ridiclous amount of money for buildings/catering and all that shite.

as long as you dont mind a good throw up your way i dont mind

Proms are extremely over-rated, its over so quickly after months of hype, make sure you have a good all night party to go to. I remember leaviing ours at Carrow road at one then had a huge house party until eight in the morning, the after party will be better than the prom itself.

ours was called 'sixth form social' - which, even for market harbourough in 1990 sounds like some public school in the 1930s, which it wasn't, tho it was crap, but it did have a bar, so - rah rah hiss boom bah!!!
