Joe. Posted 15 August 2007 Posted 15 August 2007 I still can't believe we sent him out on loan <_< He's our best keeper we've got easily.
Brainy Posted 15 August 2007 Posted 15 August 2007 Unfortunately all our keepers (well the main 3) have some kind of 'problem' that could prove vital come the end of the season.
DB11 Posted 15 August 2007 Posted 15 August 2007 The story is that Mandaric has allowed Hendo to be number 1 on the proviso that as soon as he f**ks up, Casino Jimmy is in. Why should / does Mandaric have a say
Joe. Posted 15 August 2007 Posted 15 August 2007 Why should / does Mandaric have a say Possibly because it's his club.
Geo V Posted 15 August 2007 Posted 15 August 2007 Don't agree - he's not being kept for sentimental or face-saving reasons. It may go some way to explaining the sudden redundancy a month back though. If something happens to Hendo then are people seriously suggesting that the fall-back plan in Rab or a keeper signed by mistake? A team with intentions of pushing for play-offs? I don't buy it one little bit.I'm guessing he'll be running out for the reserves so we'll soon see his abilities over a number of games. They wouldn't bite of their noses to spite their face though! If they were convinced Logan was good enough to be No1 they wouldnt send him out on loan and Hendo has been given the nod for the no1 spot. Nielsen wouldn't be sent away on loan as they would look like total tossers by bagging a so called Danish keeper of the season in recent times and then send him out. Lets hope Nielsen isnt as bad as many have so far stated he is.
TheBlinding Posted 19 August 2007 Posted 19 August 2007 Stockport drew 1-1 yesterday. Apparently Logan did well again. They conceded from a corner, watching on The Championship it looked like one that you'd expect the keeper to come for.
Jimmy Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 Kept a clean sheet against MK Dons and apparently made at least 1 vital save

RowlattsFox Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 I know this isnt related but Kishishev didnt play for Leeds today, what was the point sending him there if hes not going to play, of course he could have picked up an injury in training.

Yep, muscle strain in the last training session on Friday.
Nod.E Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 Yep, muscle strain in the last training session on Friday. De Vries has broke his toe aswell i heard. Leeds must be doomed for Leicester players!
Father Ted Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 De Vries has broke his toe aswell i heard.Leeds must be doomed for Leicester players! I wonder if they want a fast, strong, good header of the ball and goal-scoring machine they call 'Elvis Hammond'??

It was a lot easier to send Logan out on loan than Henderson - and a lot more beneficial to Logan's developing career than to have him sitting around all season. It's already been said that Nielsen will be off in January and I don't see that changing.
