Glenn Roeder is on Goals on Sunday so this clearly means Allen is on his way out.

It's not that you weren't at the game that annoys me about your viewpoint, it's that you took as much as ten minutes of listening to yesterday's debacle to realise.

Some of us were calling for Allen's head before a ball was kicked in pre season

However, I'm glad that you've seen the light and joined the ever growing band of true Leicester fans calling for wholesale changes at the club.

I didn't go to the game today, but having heard 10 minutes of the game on the radio I feel qualified to comment. Hopefully the dross on offer AGAIN will be enough to persuade people that it's time he collected his P45, though I'm sure some brain-dead sheep will have been too impressed with a flukey scoreline to engage their brains.

For a start, we only had one clear cut chance while I was listening. One chance in a whole 10 minutes? What do they players think they're doing!? It's clear to me that they were playing like an away team, sitting back, not threatening the goal, and continuing to have the generally negative attitude thats pervaded this club for years. Where's the passion, lads?

From what I hear, we improved immensely later in the game. Does this not worry anyone? That sounds exactly the opposite of the Adams era, which should set alarm bells ringing in the ears of any real Leicester supporter. Do we REALLY want a team that we can compare to that of Adams? Enough said.

He's already gotten on the wrong side of Milan, a demigod (according to the Mercury), and a man who has put 25 million pounds into our club. He's axed two managers already, both for free (as Rob Kelly's rolling contract had come to an end) - it's about time he ponied up the cash to pay off this one.

We've been linked with Glenn Roeder of late, and with Bryan Robson during the summer, who we could concievably poach for ourselves. They're both managers with huge amounts of premiership experience, exactly the calibre of manager we need to attract if we're going to progress as a club.

Allen out.

I really don't see how anyone could of taken this serious tbf

Firstly, it's in general chat and secondly, the bits I have highlighted are jokes (or i took them to be)

You missed the rolling contract bit, too. Which is a joke of pretty long standing. It wasn't in general chat before, either, it got moved after two pages or so.

I'm going to e-mail this in to football forum tomorrow, see if they'll read it out. :D

OK then... its a joke. But to be honest, if you haven't read all the other jokes prior to this thread then why would you think that it was a joke? I don't spend all day on here reading threads...

Because its ridiculously stupid and backwards and we'd just thrashed a team 4-1.

Well there are quite a few people on here who would still post crap like this even after a 4-1 win so I'm never sure any more whether they're telling the truth or not...

Few that'd be quite as wonderfully eloquent as myself, though.

But yeah, if I'd really been out to fool people I'd have posted like an actual idiot and not someone who can actually work a keyboard but has ridiculous opinions.

I only read the first sentance or two. I was more interested in what the replies would be. The 'I listened to the game on the radio' indicated it was either a joke or just another moanimg git. I listen on the radio and I heard nothing much that indicated the team was bad enough to get Allen the sack.

No doubt there will be some games when there will be an echoe of agreement but for now lets just make the most of the good things.

I didn't miss it, I just didn't think it was part of the joke :P

Yeah but it didn't "end" by itself, it was terminated.

Exactly. The entire definition of a rolling contract is that it always has the specified amount of time left to run. Except people are dumb and don't understand. Daggers and (I think) Man Pabs had to correct people about twenty times in a fortnight, and just as people kinda understood Barber said on the radio that Kelly's contract was nearly up - because he's a moron.
