Had a pretty productive day. Hair cut, xmas shopping done... no money left though, going to have to open my xmas cards early to get the money out !!

Had a lovely private bedroom, en suite and freeview tv, why private care is better I guess.

Crutches for at least two weeks and no driving for at least four weeks, but oh well, needed doing.

Dosing up on painkillers is a must.
