Thanks Ash You bought them?! I think you're the only person i've ever known do that tbh.
FilboFox Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 Yeah... to get most songs I've got this thing I downloaded called LimeWire which is free and you can get virtually any songs and videos though be careful... there are some unsavoury things that are on there too... you can easily avoid them though.
hairy Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 google DRM removal. There is a load of free apps that remove the protection. PS Dont use Limewire. A lot of people who use it are getting busted in the States at the moment.

Tommeh Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 You bought them?! I think you're the only person i've ever known do that tbh. I buy a few, but mostly get them off cd's. After seeing what limewire etc. has done to our main pc, I'd reccomend staying away. And 79p a track isn't hurrendously bad, as it wasn't long ago people were buying singles of the top 40 down woolies for £4.

Joe. Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 I use Limewire and it's never given me any problems. I scan everything that comes into my computer from there.
JoeyB Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 If you burn them onto a cd and then import them back they wont be protected!
Phube Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 I have never not bought anything!! Call me crazy but I just think stealing is wrong... weird I know!!?!?
filbertway Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 I have never not bought anything!! Call me crazy but I just think stealing is wrong... weird I know!!?!? Fair play. If I had paid for all the music on my PC I would be broke . Wait.... I am anyway
hairy Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 I have never not bought anything!! Call me crazy but I just think stealing is wrong... weird I know!!?!? Respect. I download because I 'try' music. I got sick of buying CDs that had excellent reviews to find out they were nothing like what I expected or were any good. I still buy the CDs I like. Buy a lot of vinyl too and rip them to mp3. You can d/l stuff that you cant get anymore too.

If I like the band I'll but their albums until they go bad!
