Fat Ron Posted 5 October 2007 Posted 5 October 2007 Oh, right. If that's what he's said, then it must be true.. Oh so it isnt then?? my apologies, I wasn't there so was quoting another post to be honest. You work for the club?
mancunianfox Posted 5 October 2007 Posted 5 October 2007 Oh so it isnt then?? my apologies, I wasn't there so was quoting another post to be honest. You work for the club? I do think Ultra kind of has a point...I was very suspicious of this comment. It just so happened that one of the two best signings we made was the one he was involved in. I think thats a bit of coincidence and I think Mandaric was trying to put some distance between himself and Sergio Hellings et al. I accept that is a bit of a conspiracy theory but Mandarics comments can neither be proved or disproved. Thats why I think he said it. Others may feel different, but I wouldn't trust the bloke as far as I could throw him.
Rich Fox Posted 5 October 2007 Posted 5 October 2007 It would probably be better if we lost the next four games and then he could sack Megson and we could build for next season because were going nowhere this season apart from trying to stay up. When you play three centre halfs at home you need wingers who attack and a target man up front not stearman on right and two small guys up front. Everyone i speak to including wba fans say megson is to negative they cant all be wrong. I do back Milan and will even sing megsons blue and white army at games and get behind him but im pretty sure he aint the man for Leicester.

Tevez Posted 5 October 2007 Posted 5 October 2007 I don't honestly think Kavanagh is anything special. Hope to get a good 3 points from here.
ASH17LCFC Posted 5 October 2007 Posted 5 October 2007 I don't honestly think Kavanagh is anything special. Hope to get a good 3 points from here. Didn't you go too the Wigan game at home ? Was Cardiff best player also before he left and played a good part in Sunderland going up. The guy has a Engine and i fear tommorrow for Andy King coming up against him.
reynard Posted 5 October 2007 Posted 5 October 2007 This is simply a Massive game and imo a game we have simply got to win. If we lose we shall be in the bottom three and staring a relegation campaign in the eye. A win could lift us up a few places and give the team some confidence just ahead of the break. I wanted 10-12 points from the october games and so far we have only 2. However, I can see us playing 4-5-1 and on current form can't see us scoring more than 1 goal but more likely 0. Really hope i'm wrong.
WetFlannel Posted 5 October 2007 Posted 5 October 2007 if we win, then maybe we can get our season back on track, if we lose, mid table for sure
ASH17LCFC Posted 5 October 2007 Posted 5 October 2007 if we win, then maybe we can get our season back on track, if we lose, mid table for sure Are you insane ?!!! We will be in the bottom 3 if we lose on saturday. Get it into your heads people. We are fighting a relegation battle here already ... LEAGUE TABLES DON'T LIE.

Let's get 1 thing straight, unless we're fighting relegation in March, Megson is going nowhere. 1) Mandaric would look stupid. 2) It would cost too much money. 3) There isn't an obvious replacement. Get use to it, Megson's staying.

demon_dog Posted 5 October 2007 Posted 5 October 2007 Tough call this game, hopefully we'll sneak a win. We do seem to play better away from home. It would be a good time to pick up 3 points going into the international break. It gives us chance then to hopefully get the players fit and possibly get a couple of loan signings in.
NFFC Chris Posted 5 October 2007 Posted 5 October 2007 Maybe 1-1 but I really think it would take a pretty special side to put two past us at the minute. Which we did so we are that pretty special side .Anyway good luck,I think you will sneak it 1-0.
lcfc_jme Posted 5 October 2007 Posted 5 October 2007 Fulop, 7 defenders, 2 strikers and an Andy King. Oh how I don't envy the people travelling up there tomorrow.
filbertboy Posted 6 October 2007 Posted 6 October 2007 1-1 for me cant see a win but I hope I'm wrong
Phube Posted 6 October 2007 Posted 6 October 2007 I predict we get 1-0 up, then defend for the rest of the game... letting one in in the last 5 mins!!!
