On behalf of everyone at Leicester City Football Club, we would like to thank you for your unbelievable support last night at Stamford Bridge. Whilst it was so disappointing to lose out in the final few minutes, as a Club we are incredibly proud of our supporters. Your backing was simply immense.As a Club, we now focus on our two forthcoming away games, at Colchester on Saturday evening and at Preston next Tuesday, and then we will be turning our intentions to our next home game against Burnley on Saturday November 10th. Over 24,000 attended our game against Barnsley last weekend and your support was hugely influential in the outcome of that game. If we can exceed that figure again against Burnley, it will undoubtedly be a huge lift to the players. The Burnley game is our Annual Remembrance Day Fixture, with the Club supporting the Royal British Legion with their Poppy Appeal. This game has become one of the key fixtures of the season, with the Veterans Parade at Half Time, one of the most warmly received events of the year. We hope you will support both the Club and the Royal British Legion once again on November 10th. Thank you again for your support last night. It was simply outstanding. With thanks and best wishes from all at Leicester City Football Club.

Wouldnt surprise me if the details on the comps at the club are wrong though, we have 4 different spellings of my name on the system (Raj will know!) Still wouldnt let me buy more than one ticket though!

Pretty obvious if you ask me. That's the point though, the club DOESN'T need an excuse. They send e mails advertising games all the time with no specific thank you. This is a nice touch which they didn't need to do. Just appreciate it for what it is.
