MPH Posted 28 November 2007 Posted 28 November 2007 in fairness its mainly the elderly that are vulnerable to C.Diff. Others can catch it ( including children) but it just works its way through the system and you have some extremly bad smelling diarrhea for a few days. Some of the elderly have had certain sections of their bowel removed from damage to C.Diff too..
