Master Fox Posted 11 December 2007 Posted 11 December 2007 Wesolowski out until christmas.Transfer window opens AFTER christmas. Anybody else spotting the complete lack of logic here? Who are we realistically going to be able to sign in the January transfer window? We’re not exactly an attractive proposition for a player to want to join are we? We’re no better off financially than most clubs in this league anymore, and why would any decent player leave their club to join our pile of shit? Most clubs will be able to hold onto the quality players they have until the end of the season, unless there’s ridiculous money offered to prize them away. So the likelihood of us signing a player with any real worth is very remote. This approach of thinking we’ll sign 5 or 6 top players in January is b*llox, it won’t happen. Best we can possibly hope for are some mediocre players from League 1 or 2, or some old donkey like Carl Cort. I predict we’ll get some players on level of Jarrett and Horsefied. We really are no better off than we were under Kelly.

Just put 10p in the slot and see if they can score with a lucky deflection...
Manwell Pablo Posted 11 December 2007 Posted 11 December 2007 This sounds alot worse than it is, Xmas is all of what? two weeks away. It's just a knock.

Tommy G Posted 11 December 2007 Posted 11 December 2007 He won't be missed that much judging on Kenton's recent form. Shame Clemence isn't injured to give someone else a chance in the side. Waste of space
scrivins2 Posted 11 December 2007 Posted 11 December 2007 if you lot think weso is good compare him to someone like clemence, he is no match clemence is quality weso is rubbish
Guest claude_leic Posted 11 December 2007 Posted 11 December 2007 Yer Weso is shit, so it shoudn't really matter at least we won't have to play him. This may give other midfielders an opportunity who can't be any worse
scrivins2 Posted 11 December 2007 Posted 11 December 2007 yes thats an idea going back to my earlier point of saying we should sell him, who would actually buy we would not get much for him

Craig Posted 12 December 2007 Posted 12 December 2007 Weso's reaction to his injury... James Wesolowski (Leicester) wroteat 2:10pm hammy is fukress, out for 2 weeks fukin bullshit man!!! That's to Louis Dodds
Geo V Posted 12 December 2007 Posted 12 December 2007 Good player but like Clemence, hasnt continued good early season form since returning from injury. He`ll be missed as an option in midfield but we need to strengthen there anyway come January.
