AoWW Posted 14 December 2007 Posted 14 December 2007 I quite like Bicester.I aspire to live there one day. Erm, why?
davieG Posted 14 December 2007 Posted 14 December 2007 Erm, why? Perhaps he's not just a Leicester fan but swings both ways.
Thracian Posted 14 December 2007 Posted 14 December 2007 I'm going next week. Has any one been ? I've heard good reports about Bicester and some not so good. Don't know which way you drive there but the junction with the Brackley Road and the M40 is a nightmare whenever I've been.
Raj Posted 14 December 2007 Posted 14 December 2007 Don't know which way you drive there but the junction with the Brackley Road and the M40 is a nightmare whenever I've been. Ashley dont give afcuk about the traffic. He's only 16! He'll be in the back playing with himself his Ps2 or whatever!! His Dad (Or Mum,or whoever IS driving!) will be fcuked off about the traffic mind you.
lookwhaticando Posted 14 December 2007 Posted 14 December 2007 How long do I need to sleep.... to catch up on all the sleep I've missed out on? Three years, by my calculations. Dirty little stop-out. Merry Christmas. Erm, why? I like Oxfordshire. I also like Yorkshire, so I'm really torn. I fancy York, but would settle for Bicester. Perhaps he's not just a Leicester fan but swings both ways. I'm no mere pendulum. I'm not constrained by swinging in just two directions (left & right). I swing in many directions. In truth, I'm all o'er the place... like a blob of space jelly.
Ashley Posted 14 December 2007 Author Posted 14 December 2007 Don't know which way you drive there but the junction with the Brackley Road and the M40 is a nightmare whenever I've been. The directions i got off the AA route planner was leave the m1 at junction 15a then follow the signs for oxford. Ashley dont give afcuk about the traffic. He's only 16! Bring your cash it is fooking expensive, and i mean expensive. Shops like Polo are very good though. M40 is either very good or pure shit. Personally i would go m1 to junction 15a, a43 go passed brackerz, go towards m40 via away. Then bingo your there. But would be hard not knowing where you are. So dont worry about M40 but as it christmas will be bad. Perosnally don't get to excited about it, i prefer going Milton keynes, Oxford and maybe even Banbury even if prices were the same, and Mk and Oxford are further. Watch out for gypsys, a lot of them go there and nick lots. But have fun, take lots of money, gets some stuff from Polo, look like the pimp you are.

Ashley Posted 20 December 2007 Author Posted 20 December 2007 I was impressed with Bicester Vilage. I think it had a good range of clothes there however there is lack of food and drink places there. It's good value for money, I picked up a pair of football boots for £10. At the moment Bicester Village is being extended so there will be more shops there next year.
