Calum McDermott Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 Sack Holloway now and get a proper manager in place before January. dickhead!
Nationwider Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 no he hasn't!! That is spin You are right. And I stand corrected.
WetFlannel Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 Ok this from my point of view has got beyond belief... Why should we sack Ollie? Ipswich away, Southampton home and West Brom home are not easy games, especially for your first few matches... He has also been experimetning within these games, and switching players around, giving numerous players a chance. But most of all, what i cant stand is how people were constantly screaming out for Kaebi to play and once he plays he gets 0's. WHAT A JOKE. Ollie has also had referees to contend with, stupid decisions going against us that shouldnt have, and now people are saying how hes blaming him. Everyone was annoyed with the decisions and people on here were blaming, but Ollies not allowed is he? Injuries to key players aswell... John, Campbell, Fryatt suspended, blah blah blah... He is the manager of Leicester City football club, and most people on here want to see him fail. I'll be supporting Ollie, whether you do or dont is down to your own decision, but what is the point in SUPPORTING leicester city football club if your not going to support the people surrounding it.

demon_dog Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 Anyone calling for the manager to be sacked after so few games and with players he had no say in signing is a complete tw*t. Give the guy a chance. Maybe you were one of the people who shouted O'Neill out.
filbertstreetboy Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 I think he should go,from what i heard from people at the game yesterday the defeat was down to him he got the tatics all wrong why cant he just hold his hands up and admit it,in the paper today it showed how much coachs across europe gets paid holloway is on way too much money and 1 win in 7 is shocking we will be bottom by january

stevie909 Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 all our problems can be traced back to the day that we decided not to appoint nigel worthington. he saved us from relegation, introduced mattock, and lets face it, he would have been more stable than mm and gm.

mitchofox Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 GET OFF OLLIES BACK!!!!He has only had a handful of games and not bought anyone yet. If you want to blame someone, blame Milan or more importantly MARTIN ALLEN!!! Martin Allen's signings were abysmal. I BACK HOLLOWAY!! well put get off his back lets back ollie so he can clear the mess up of previous managers
filbertstreetboy Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 wet flannel is one win in 7 good enough for someone being paid half a million a yr? yes i am a leicester fan,are you?what dont you agree with from what i have wrote?

filbertstreetboy Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 after holloway has got these players in how long are you going to give him?i think it is a massive gamble to hope these players perform straight away because if they dont we are down
Babylon Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 i think it is a massive gamble to hope these players perform straight away because if they dont we are down Do you know that for certain.. no you don't. It's not even bloody Christmas, we are going to buy players in January and people are acting like it's a blooming certainty we are going down. Get a grip and grow up. So we blame a manager who has been here half a dozen games for all our problems, even though this group of players have failed for the previous 3 seasons. I just don't understand why people think any manager is going to get performances from players who are just not good enough. It's a point that can't even be argued against as only a couple have actually done well in this league with us or any other team!!!
WetFlannel Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 after holloway has got these players in how long are you going to give him?i think it is a massive gamble to hope these players perform straight away because if they dont we are down Im certainly going to give him longer than you 5 games against good sides with a new bunch of players he's still trying to work out. Yep, lets get rid. You really are fickle... or just thick. What new managers can you suggest? Why does Ollie deserve sacking? Why doesnt he deserve time? Would you say the same if it was Jose Mourinho in this position? What position do you think we deserve to be in then after a 19th place finish last season? Do you expect instant success? Do me a favour and go support manchester united where its easy to be a fan of theirs, if you cant take the rough with the smooth, why support us?
stevec Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 I think he should go,from what i heard from people at the game yesterday the defeat was down to him he got the tatics all wrong why cant he just hold his hands up and admit it,in the paper today it showed how much coachs across europe gets paidholloway is on way too much money and 1 win in 7 is shocking we will be bottom by january So nothing to do with the players then? Try going to games and getting your own perspective. "I've heard" forms no basis for a real opinion. The players are not performing (still) if he did not try and change it around - people like you would be slating him for that instead. The players he took off were doing absolutely nothing for the team (I heard ) Whats making me laugh is the people are even saying Megson was better - yet he got less of a chance than Ollie - completely ripped apart before he started - no wonder he didn't hang around. Make your minds up. Allen who really messed up this season is getting off lightly - I can only think people are lead easily by rude, arrogant prats like him who stand in the centre circle for their own glory. The writing was on the wall 1 minute into this season when you saw how many players were out of position because noone had bothered to recruit players for positions that were actually needed for. Its like a surgeon riping out every organ only to find it was just an ingrowing toenail. I swear the fans of this club are driving it into the ground just as quick as the piss poor players. you can turn a piss poor player into a poor player and organise them into a poor but organised team - but when the fans do not let that happen - noone has a chance.
filbertstreetboy Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 look at roeder at norwich and warnock at palace and i bet they dont get paid as much as holloway oh and he has had 7 games ( 1 win)
WetFlannel Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 look at roeder at norwich and warnock at palace and i bet they dont get paid as much as hollowayoh and he has had 7 games ( 1 win) WHO CARES ABOUT FECKING ROEDER AND WARNOCK... READ MY EARLIER POST AS I CANT BE BOTHERED EXPLAINING THINGS TO PEURILE PEOPLE LIKE YOU...
stevec Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 look at roeder at norwich and warnock at palace and i bet they dont get paid as much as hollowayoh and he has had 7 games ( 1 win) Yep and the same people ripping Ollie were the same ones that were saying "If we got Roeder or Warnock I will never go to a match again" - go figure - look what they have done elsewhere. There's a poison in our support which needs us to win the Champions League to get rid of it
filbertstreetboy Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 losing the argument are we wet pants?
