Geo V Posted 22 January 2008 Posted 22 January 2008 Our players are so messed up in the head with so many new players coming in and going, some not even lasting 6 months, new managers and coaching staff etc etc which all leads to them not having much of a rapport amongst themselves so any kind of team building exercise that can be done to bring them closer together is fine by me. As for Topps Tiles, its pointless us moaning about them or even taking the pi$$ that they aren't some trendy sponsor as the fact is they have put money into our club so any extra publicity for them is deserved as far as I am concerned.
Foxhateram Posted 22 January 2008 Posted 22 January 2008 They did. Green and white tie? ^^^^^ looks more blue and grey to me

Nothing wrong with the company or the concept of team-building. But looking at the current fitness levels of several players in the side I know where my priorities would lie right now and improving that would build team spirit just as effectively and with more purpose as far as our football is concerned.
Fox in a Box Posted 22 January 2008 Posted 22 January 2008 when your tiling, when your tiling the whole world tiles with you when your laughing when your laughing the sun comes shining thru when your tiling, when your tiling the whole world tiles with you. maybe there using a tile cutter to find the cutting edge they lack. that reminds me I must go and tile my bathroom this weekend!

Je$us Christ!! The bloke takes the lads for some team building for a couple of hours but even then you knock it and suggest he should have them on the training pitch working on their fitness. Are you suggesting they cant do both????!!
MPH Posted 22 January 2008 Posted 22 January 2008 Maybe the players are used to being slated! BA DUM. TISH!! *groans* I'll get me coat...
Bellend Sebastian Posted 22 January 2008 Posted 22 January 2008 I need some heat resistant tiles for my fireplace. When the ball goes out of play on Monday night I'm going to nip on to the pitch and ask the players their advice. I'm sure they'll be delighted to help
Number 6 Posted 22 January 2008 Posted 22 January 2008 Bit of morale boosting never hurt anyone, and a bit more publicity. Seen it on SSN, Oli as brilliant ever, he just had to drop in a certain fixture approaching us in 2 weeks time too
Bob666 Posted 22 January 2008 Posted 22 January 2008 Maybe the players are used to being slated! BA DUM. TISH!! *groans* I'll get me coat... At least they went during the day rather than at night....["night out on the tiles" - I've got me coat]...hopefully the players weren't expecting a piss up Great stuff & is bound to encourage all non supporting LCFC fans to rush down to local Topps warehouse this weekend...........
Mr Happy Posted 22 January 2008 Posted 22 January 2008 fooking disgrace of a thing to be put on the OS considering I still don't think the news of the likes of Djeziri leaving has been broken. Nor John heading back to fulham I don't think. Well at least its not as bad as SS website which still has the likes of Cort, Ferriera and Clarke listed as city players On the positive side abit of publicity for Topps Tiles and team bonding for city another player off citie's wage bill so it can't all be bad "Matty tries out the tile cutter"
Zingari Posted 27 March 2008 Posted 27 March 2008 topps tiles seem to be suffering from leicesteritis http://www.liverpooldailypost.co.uk/busine...64375-20679259/
