My favourite ones are : www.footytube.com www.ovguide.com www.sharethefiles.com www.2minus2.com I used to use www.ipodnova.tv for my ipod video downloads, but that is gone now so i need another one!! If you have any cool sites, football sites ( highlights, forums) Torrent Info and just generally interesting sites then post them here!! Check out the ones i have listed!! Cheers

danny. Posted 25 January 2008 Posted 25 January 2008 http://www.torrentz.com/ is the best bittorrent site i have found by miles, better than isohunt ot torrent spy. It only collates the contents of other sites, but does it very well and is nice to use.

Just got the torrent client thing and started to download that Borat movie, Its come up as 715mb and eta 1d plus. I can't leave my laptop on for that long. Am I able to break the download into stages? Can i download more than one item?

Just noticed the pause on the menu bar and the list on the left has 1 in brackets where it says downloading. Just wanted confirmation. I'll look for something else then. Has anyone seen Rounders (?) the film about poker? Can't see it in the shops.
danny. Posted 26 January 2008 Posted 26 January 2008 what are you using to download the torrents? i use azureus myself, although not too keen on the latest version (called vuze now and full of bloated crap) i might switch to utorrent, i hear a lot of good things about it
Rincewind Posted 26 January 2008 Posted 26 January 2008 using utorrent. first one I came to. taking ages though may stop and use my wireless connection at home. using a usb connecter which allows me 3G a month. 1 dowload has got 3w for eta and another has failed. my pc would be faster but i wanted a couple of things on my laptop. got 65% on one so will wait for that then leave the rest. on here so need the connection anyway.

Rincewind Posted 26 January 2008 Posted 26 January 2008 I have notice the quality is worse the bigger the screen is in Media Player. Got Freebird by Lynard Skynard and the sound was jumpy until I minimised it. Not a bad video though if you like that sort of thing.
