The People's Hero Posted 20 February 2008 Posted 20 February 2008 Mike Whitlow is STILL registered as a player for Notts County despite being about 40. Why the fu ck doesn't he play himself? He was fu cking ACE!
The People's Hero Posted 20 February 2008 Author Posted 20 February 2008 Is Spencer Prior still around? He spence most of his time in the Priory. He's suffering with a drug problem.
Lester LXXIV Posted 20 February 2008 Posted 20 February 2008 Is Spencer Prior still around? Does Richard Smith still live in Blaby??
Rocket-Ron Posted 20 February 2008 Posted 20 February 2008 Does Richard Smith still live in Blaby?? Havent seen him around for ages.
The People's Hero Posted 20 February 2008 Author Posted 20 February 2008 I imagine he reads this forum getting more and more despondent that all the old names get a fond bit of reminiscing whilst he remains largely forgotten.
General Smuts Posted 20 February 2008 Posted 20 February 2008 Sniffer Smith. What a throw in that boy had.
evs_the_fox Posted 20 February 2008 Posted 20 February 2008 richard smith lives in broughton astley. occasionally see him in the george and dragon or driving his skip lorry around.
The People's Hero Posted 20 February 2008 Author Posted 20 February 2008 richard smith lives in broughton astley. occasionally see him in the george and dragon or driving his skip lorry around. He's got a skip lorry? Could we arrange for him to drop the skip on Elvis? Ace.
The People's Hero Posted 20 February 2008 Author Posted 20 February 2008 What a nose Mike Whitlow has. Stonker. What a left peg too. I could be persuaded to watch Notts County if he was guaranteed to turn out for the game.
ASH17LCFC Posted 20 February 2008 Posted 20 February 2008 Was Whitlow who set up the 3rd goal vs swindon and the man never seem to stop bombing forward. A real Leicester Legend. Also hit the post vs Boro in the replay.
andyh1884 Posted 20 February 2008 Posted 20 February 2008 What a left peg too. I could be persuaded to watch Notts County if he was guaranteed to turn out for the game. Me too. One of my favourite Leicester players of all time, hard as nails. Got a framed photo of him squaring up to midget Juninho from the coca cola cup final, talk about a mis-match
teblin Posted 20 February 2008 Posted 20 February 2008 What a left peg too. I could be persuaded to watch Notts County if he was guaranteed to turn out for the game. He used to do a little trick when taking throw ins. he's lean down and pretend he was struggling with his ankle and the when he got back up he's sneak a few yards further down the line. Old Freddy Cruger, those were the days.
when_you're_smiling Posted 20 February 2008 Posted 20 February 2008 Is Spencer Prior still around? From the ever reliable Wikipedia. After retiring from football, Prior moved to Australia and is now an analyst for Fox Sports Australia where he joins Simon Hill and Robbie Slater to analyse the featured English Premier League match. He also appears occasionally on Total Football to discuss the previous and upcoming week in football.
azza89 Posted 20 February 2008 Posted 20 February 2008 Kevin Poole still playing for Burton Albion aswell i reckon. He's 44!
the_bowman Posted 20 February 2008 Posted 20 February 2008 Kevin Poole still playing for Burton Albion aswell i reckon. He's 44! Plays very well too, still fast off his line, not afraid to go into challenges! And now, for the first time in ages he's out injured, and it's only a slight hamstring injury, slipped when taking a goal kick. Legend, one of the best conference keepers, if not the best
Webbo Posted 20 February 2008 Posted 20 February 2008 Someone told me today that Sam McMahon has signed for Ashfordby Amateurs,
evs_the_fox Posted 20 February 2008 Posted 20 February 2008 He's got a skip lorry?Could we arrange for him to drop the skip on Elvis? Ace. I'm sure he'd oblige; B.A.S.H is the name of the firm - Broughton Astley Skip Hire. Not sure whether it's his or not, I'd presume so though. *Goes and & looks on Google* Yep; its him - details here http://www.handylocals.com/handylocal_245
Thracian Posted 20 February 2008 Posted 20 February 2008 He's got a skip lorry?Could we arrange for him to drop the skip on Elvis? Ace. Don't worry, he's not far from me. I could pass the message on!

C.J Posted 21 February 2008 Posted 21 February 2008 Nah, redtops are the best. Inparticular the Sun, tells it like it is.
