lildave3 Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 I'm sure this is incredibly old news. I thought i'd heard this before too.
Floating Fox Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 whats wrong with Varga? Just what I was thinking....
Leicester Lass Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 I'm sure this is incredibly old news. Tis. This is the article from the link in the original post: Liam Miller has been told he can leave Sunderland after he was put on the club's transfer list. Miller, who is currently working his way back from a calf injury, can only join a Football League club on an emergency loan deal before the end of the current campaign. A permanent transfer is not permitted until after the season, in May, when the transfer window re-opens. The 27-year-old Republic of Ireland international joins Ross Wallace, David Connolly, Ian Harte, Stephen Wright, Graham Kavanagh, Greg Halford and Stanislav Varga on Sunderland's transfer list. Miller has made 13 Premier League starts this season and joined the Black Cats from Manchester United in 2006 on a free transfer.
lee7 Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 get wallace, miller and connolly in. all decent players.
Sods Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 get wallace, miller and connolly in. all decent players. I agree i would take Halford with these three though.
RowlattsFox Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 I agree i would take Halford with these three though. Halford's already at Charlton. Wallace is the only one i think we need, I am right in thinking he's a right or left midfielder aren't I?
Bryn Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 Halford's already at Charlton.Wallace is the only one i think we need, I am right in thinking he's a right or left midfielder aren't I? Left back or left wing I thought.
MC Prussian Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 I'd take all of them, bar Kavanaugh. Past his best.
James. Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 Yes - he was a 'box-to-box' player I laughed at this even if no one else did. The best part is the guy in the orange jacket doing a weird cat like meooow. Didn't notice that before... brilliant!
