Just state your preference. I'd say Coventry win. We need Sheff Wed to stay down there imo. Coventry are good enough to stay up.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 31 March 2008 Posted 31 March 2008 On current form Barnsley and Southampton are our best bets to make the task easier so I don't think this is as vital as it looked a few weeks ago. If Wednesday can win it then it'll be interesting to see how Southampton cope with falling into the bottom three.

Personally I cant see Coventry going down. Incase they do get sucked back down there I guess a draw or a Coventry win would do, as long as Wednesday dont take all 3 pts.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 31 March 2008 Posted 31 March 2008 Just looked at Cov's fixtures... All these people saying they don't think Cov are going down are basing a hell of a lot on their last game. If they get done by Wednesday then it could be as bad for their confidence as the Plymouth win was good. Four of their last five games are against promotion contenders. Watford A Stoke H Colchester A Wolves H Charlton A That looks tricky to me.

I was trying to work it out earlier and I think it'll be abit worrying if Sheff Wed did win, it doesn't matter who I want to win it won't make it happen, but i'd be much happier with Coventry winning I think.

I've family connections with Sheffield going back generations so I'd love them to survive but not at our expense and not before they've been deducted the point they reportedly broke the rules in acquiring.

Finchy Posted 31 March 2008 Posted 31 March 2008 Well i would like Wednesday to win or i'd like a draw. Simply because Wednesday aren't gonna stay below us anyway, i mean look at their fixtures. So this argument for Cov to win to keep Wednesday below us is pointless IMO. I don't want Cov to win because they have hard remaining fixtures so if they stay around us, we could over take them.
