Knighton Matt Posted 29 March 2005 Posted 29 March 2005 Ok then everyone whats your LCFC related claim to fame or even claims if there's more than one? Here's a couple of mine to start you off: 1. Burberry caps were banned in some leicester pubs because the baby squad trashed the bar i was having my 21st birthday in (after the 5-0 thumping by villa in jan last year). I think they caused more trouble that night in town too leading to the ban being enforced the very next week! 2. My mates mum designs the city kit! I knew we were getting JJB last October and had to keep my mouth shut and not tell anyone all this time it was tough i tell you! Whats everyone elses?

Do the club leave it up to her to come up with lots of different designs and then they chose their favourite or do they give her some guidlines and then she draws something along those lines? You might not know as it isn't your mum but still a good claim to LCFC fame. My claim to fame is probably being on central news collecting money for the Foxes Trust before a game during our promotion season. My brother was shouting his head off and then the camera panned on to the presenter. I was next to him handing out stickers.
Scarby Posted 29 March 2005 Posted 29 March 2005 I was mascot Vs Norwich at Carrow Road in a 2-1 loss in November 1994
Ricey Posted 29 March 2005 Posted 29 March 2005 I just found out Malcolm Christie nearly signed for us but chose Derby instead, not really a claim to fame but hey ho.

Bedford Fox Posted 29 March 2005 Posted 29 March 2005 My claim to fame is proberly playing against Scott Taylor in a cambridgeshire cup match! His knee's were totally smashed! one of them had a scar that covered his whole knee! I had a little chat with him in the club afterwards and he seemed nice enough.

We agreed and my brother went off his head shouting "Please give for the Foxes Trust". Bit embarassing really.

She's gorgeous.
Jonbluefox9 Posted 29 March 2005 Posted 29 March 2005 She is but she wasn't so glam back then. That's why she got sent to do a piece to camera infront of two planks at Filbert Way. It was her choice I suppose and she chose us two, or maybe the lighting was better where we were, who knows?
