Three-and-a-half year deal. Squad number 29. Second-choice left back. Official site must be slow tonight.

****s sake fez everyone knows he is right footed or will he be just another square peg on a feckin oblong hole.

Our team would make an infant class look old.

We might be right up your street then.....if you like unfit, slightly overweight, internet geeks.

Even less if you're small enough to get away with a junior size.

Haha I'm about 6' 2" but I might have a go anyway just for fun.

Just Played a whole season for Quorn at RB. Don't mind the wing but its much more work. I much prefer to bomb on from right back conserving energy when holding back as opposed to constantly on the run RM

Personally I'd get much more knackered playing RB and trying to support the attack but also having the responsibility to get back. In an attacking role you're much less likely to have to sprint 60 yards in the opposite direction, surely?

Don't know what he's talking about, what's this defending lark?!

Basically you stand in front of the 18 yard box, punt it 50+ yards whenever possible and concede lots of lovely fouls on the edge of the area.

Or so I've gathered from the last year or two of research down at the city, anyway.

Eh?

I wouldn't wouldn't mind getting all smutty and smutted with smuts this weekend.

I want to get Foxy with Master Fox in a foxhole with Filbert Fox.

In right back i tend to go depending on energy levels, if your feeling it you have no responsibility to get up and support whereas a good right mid should always be available in both defence and attack.

In previous ft games I've played like more of a right forward and completely ignored defensive duties and tbh I think i've been poor in all of them, despite others saying I've done well everyone sets different standards at the end of the day.

I enjoy playing RM as its always good to get involved with the attacks but its just so frustrating running up and down the line when the ball doesnt come your way or chasing lost causes

With our team we play if the left back goes rb stays and vice versa and he just happens to be a long throw expert so he often gets the nod when it comes to those.

As the last ft game proved I can't sustain a decent level of performance in defence and attack at RM for 45 mins whereas right back I do it easily most weeks for the full 90

So frustrating when you don't release the ball and then go on and lose it to.:mad:

I wear junior shinnies btw.

Thing with you is mate you can see your a good player thats why people say your good, you just don't pick the right options at times, I just think you try to hard to impress

cant argue with that, pretty much nail on the head.

As reguards to sundays game think i'll play a hell of a lot better at right back.

No i was making a cheap hint. Seeing as our team seems to be lacking a right back with tommyG dropping out, team B doesnt currently have one, I've volenteered to drop back hench leaving RM free.
