Thracian Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Definitely going. Might even take my grandkids if they fancy it. Give em a chance to see a team from the club they're forever taking the mickey out of.

My kids were given the option - the game with their drunk Dad or Wicksteed Park & picnic with their fragrant Mum. Stupid football-hating kids
Thracian Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 My kids were given the option - the game with their drunk Dad or Wicksteed Park & picnic with their fragrant Mum.Stupid football-hating kids I rather think I might get a polite "thanks but no thanks" too. An afternoon mountain biking seems to hold more attractions for them than Leicester City football although one of them has challenged me to a game of squash and I rather believe there's a club right next to the Kettering ground. Perhaps it offers the ideal opportunity to put the mocking little so-and-so in his place. :D
Katy Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Ahhh Ella begs me to go to games sometimes, she's only 5 she'll learn. Was going to go to Kettering but Fosse have a stooopid friendly at 2 in Measham - not happy!
