General Smuts Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Balls - mam and dads plane gets in at 5 to 3 and im picking them up so i won't be there!
Nath Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Away end allocated? Last thing i want is being in the sheep shagging end.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 I'm tempted, I sorely am. if I finish work early enough (I sense my evil manager is going to coerce me into overtime, which I do need.) If I get finished by 2, I'll probably go.
Raj Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Im on nightshift, but BIG UP to all those going! I still cant get worked up about LCFC at the moment...Hope it changes by the time MKD come to town, else there will be a season ticket going!!!!!!
Raj Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 My kids were given the option - the game with their drunk Dad or Wicksteed Park & picnic with their fragrant Mum.Stupid football-hating kids I rather think I might get a polite "thanks but no thanks" too. An afternoon mountain biking seems to hold more attractions for them than Leicester City football although one of them has challenged me to a game of squash and I rather believe there's a club right next to the Kettering ground. Perhaps it offers the ideal opportunity to put the mocking little so-and-so in his place. :D Im getting VERY worried. I cant get motivated about LCFC at the moment. Even going to Mothercare to look at prams and sterilisers is more appealing than watching LCFC at the moment Im sure the older of us lot have been through these times now and again??? If my motivation and love for LCFC doesnt return soon then a ST could be up for sale!!!

Although going to Mothercare and looking at prams and sterilisers over City is just... well... just disturbing
mickydeeeuk Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 i'll be there, i expect quite a good game! difficult one for me as i go to the poppies when city are away!! lookin forward to it

Before starting a new thread use the search feature to check that the subject of your intended post is not already covered by an existing thread. Post to existing threads wherever possible. * Starting threads in the wrong forum. We believe the board descriptions on the index page are fairly self explanatory, but feel to ask a mod if you are not sure. * Using 'Text Speak' in your posts. Please take the time to write replies in English (Don't worry if English is not your first language!). * Thread domination. Do not try to bully someone into submission or disparage every comment they make, simply because their views may differ from your own. Write a coherent reply setting out your views and then let others have their say. * Excessive/unnecessary swearing. We̢۪re taking a liberal attitude to this (afterall, its something pretty much all of us do at the match!), but please do not go over the top. Keep it in context and do not use swear words on new thread titles in the main Leicester City forum. * Anonymous Sourcing. If you copy and paste an article, piece of news or rumour about LCFC to the forum please include a link to the original website source or explain where and the context of how you heard the story. We discourage unsourced rumour and gossip. * Capital letters. Do not use CAPITAL LETTERS nor excessively large fonts when making posts.
