One or two others have done that before when they've wanted the number 10 but it's been taken so they've had to settle for 19 but turned it into 1+9 (=10). I think Clinton must have had some help in the counting department though. Can't remember who did it before. I'm picturing black and white stripes so probably Newcastle, possibly Juventus. I think it was one of the shite foreigners that Toon had in the late 90s.
