I have my X-box horizontal, have since I got it, and I've never had any problems.I've also got a PS3 and hardly ever play on it. Bar MGS4 and Ratchet and Clank I consider it a waste of money. Haha, you got owned legend! It is funny how almost everybody I've spoken to who has both consoles, says the 360 is better. Well, actually, its not.

Also, tell em about how it happened on the day of the dash update, they might feel sorry for you and give you some goodies! Worth a try!
