Legend_in_blue Posted 10 September 2008 Posted 10 September 2008 Anyone visited it yet? Seen a film? Eaten dinner? Enjoyed the director's lounge? Impressed? Not so? What do we think?
Tilley Posted 10 September 2008 Posted 10 September 2008 No - is it at the new Shires or somewhere? Yes.
Ben Posted 10 September 2008 Posted 10 September 2008 Heard good things about it. Not been myself though, wanna go.

Guest Posted 10 September 2008 Posted 10 September 2008 VUE has Frankie & Bennies for before or after. If anything was ever meant to put me off going to Vue, it is the mention of that place. Great if you are looking for a warm place to sit down, but god forbid you ever want to eat or drink there.

Guest Posted 10 September 2008 Posted 10 September 2008 Lovely food.Too noisy. I wouldn't know about the food. We walked out after waiting for over half an hour for them to come and take any kind of order whatsoever.

Really, I've always found the service to be very quick. My only qualm with F & B's is the general atmosphere is a little to noisy, & there is always something going on.

You should try Chiquitos. Absolute joke of a service. Took long enough for them to even ask about drinks, then took at least twenty minutes for them to arrive. The food service was even worse, and don't get me started on the bill. On the plus side, I had Churros (Dunkin' Donuts basically xD) which were divine.
Guest Posted 10 September 2008 Posted 10 September 2008 We've never had a problem with Chiquitos, plus we used to get a discount in there. And the father in law used to pay. And we used to live over the road. And I would get drunk on margaritas........ Mmmmmm.............tequila..............
