What the hell happened to Smuts? :o

I had fooking Flu the heartless bastards! It looks like i played right shit - i was sick after 10 minutes for fook sake! I thought i did ok considering i couldn't breathe for 35 of the 45 minutes and was gonna come off after 20 until the game slowed down. I even nearly scored and my set plays were hardly shit either. I'll happily admit I was nowhere near to my best and i did leave Albert a lot of work and gaps in the middle though.

But still Ched 5 - you heartless bastard you nearly scored 2 own goals and got better marks than that lol

There was one where it was on it's way through to Cobbo and Ched just stuck a leg out and very nearly knocked it by Cobbo. Don't know about the other though? :unsure:

I can remember intercepting a cross that Cobbo managed to get before it crossed the 6 yard box, if I didn't get to it, it was a goal.

I didn't see much of the first half but C-Man, Hully, Albert and especially Tommeh (was class) stood out from what I saw.

Second half I thought the defence looked good - couldn't pick anyone out but you lot were well organised and had a fair bit to do to cover us. lol Wilkes was quality on the left and JME and Bert were obviously a notch above anyone else on the pitch.

Really enjoyed it, hope there is another game ASAP. I might get back in touch with the Cobblers boys and see if they can fit us in somewhere.

Cobbo 9 - Performed superbly in goal. Some top saves. Reliable

Robbo 7 - Solid performance at RB. Mellberg.

Hullfox 8 - Beast at the heart of defence. Sweeped up everything.

Singh 7 - Singh is Kiiiiiing!

C-Man 8 - Some good crosses going into the box. Defended well.

Scoweh 7 - Sound, made some nice challenges.

Albert 8 - Ran his socks off. Controlled the midfield.

Smuts 6.5 - As he was ill I though he did ok, just a tad lazy.

Ashley 7 - Solid winger.

Tevez 7.5 - 7 for the performance and 0.5 for the hair.

Tommeh 8.5 - Huuuuuuuuuuuuume. Running rings around their backline. Easy!

Second half.

Ched 7 - What you expect from this boyo. Had it hard with Fez chillin' :giggle:

Sparky 9 - Absolutely class. ROCK.

Syston_fox 7 - Heading the ball with glasses on...balls.

Fez 7 - Some sweet passes going forward. Tried to track back when he wasn't to knackered lol

Jme 8 - Midfield heartbeat.

Manwell 7 - Did well holding letting JME do his stuff.

Wilkesy 8 - Ole' twinkle toes on the wing.

LD3 8 - 7.5 for general performance and 0.5 for the assist as he was used as a target man and beat two 6ft fookers!!

Bert 9.5 - Ding dang doo. Great performance. Linford.

Sounds like me against Talking Balls. I was gutted they made me stand on the touch line when I came off, I sincerely felt ready to pass out. :D

I am happy, it has made me believe I can play on until I'm 50 :cool:

I am moving backwards at a steady speed it would seem. Still got a few years on pitch left though me thinks.

I was centre half yesterday and it was awful. Marked Dion's brother, who is not bad.

missed most of the 1st half

2nd half-Berty Mullet Young and 'Smiler' were bloody awesome.

All others were pretty decent too...infact noone(apart from gen smuts!!!! :D ) looked out of sorts!!!
