Bert Posted 27 November 2008 Posted 27 November 2008 City striker Barry Hayles has this evening joined Cheltenham Town for a one-month loan spell.Hayles, 36, has already enjoyed a loan spell with the Robins this season - scoring three goals in just six starts. The striker made a brief cameo appearance for the Foxes against Bristol Rovers at the start of the month - and was instrumental in setting up the equaliser for Matty Fryatt before City went on to win the game. Hayles joined the Foxes from Plymouth Argyle for an undisclosed fee at the beginning of the year

Benjani Posted 27 November 2008 Posted 27 November 2008 Just quickly browsed the cheltenham site and in one of Martins messages it said Hayles will be given the number 24 shirt. The number 23 shirt he had there before is now used by Jonny Hayes. But looking at there squad list, rowe turner (also on loan from us) is number 24 so probably an indication he's coming back here? He's only made 1 appearence there apparently.
