Maybe it is now finally changing but the way they dealt with 30 years of ceaseless violence and civil war seemed to be abject debauchery. That, and football. No shop ever opened the day after an international as no one started drinking until they'd finished driving around town in the back of a pick-up and no one stopped until half-past breakfast. Brilliant. Everyone should go.
