Libertine Posted 12 February 2009 Posted 12 February 2009 What happened to the days when you had them cooking in a studio with Lloyd Grossman judging it? Thankfully ended a looooong time ago.
Corky Posted 12 February 2009 Posted 12 February 2009 What happened to the days when you had them cooking in a studio with Lloyd Grossman judging it? They ended when he started breaking into people's houses with David Frost.
Guest Posted 12 February 2009 Posted 12 February 2009 They ended when he started breaking into people's houses with David Frost. Who lives in a house like this? David, it's over to you.
Corky Posted 12 February 2009 Posted 12 February 2009 Who lives in a house like this? David, it's over to you. Thanks very much.....Lloyd......and let's see.......who's house.......it is.
Guest Posted 12 February 2009 Posted 12 February 2009 Thanks very much.....Lloyd......and let's see.......who's house.......it is. It's Rory Underwood! Who would have thought it with all that rugby and RAF stuff about the place!
AoWW Posted 13 February 2009 Posted 13 February 2009 Awww, i used to love 'Throught the Keyhole'. This thread has made me realise how much i miss it. Having to go to work is so unfair, I reckon.
Samilktray Posted 13 February 2009 Posted 13 February 2009 And we never see the judges cook. Well its not about them cooking isit. Idiot.
AoWW Posted 13 February 2009 Posted 13 February 2009 Well its not about them cooking isit.Idiot. Oi, be nice.
Nationwider Posted 13 February 2009 Posted 13 February 2009 I quite like me cookery programmes, but I can't stand this Master Chief nonsense. "COOKIN' DAASN'T GET MAACH TAFFA THAN THIS..." Oh, shut up. What pisses me off is that I would like to cook fine food like all the contestants do. But I have a bloody life which involves me not having time to poach a guinea fowl in a reduction of Lee Dixon's urine every night when I get in. Bastards. I need to watch the proper chefs as its their job to cook on telly, rather than watching Gwen and Marcus pissing about with lemongrass and free-range chervil in their spare time. Now excuse me while I return to my secret midnight Peanut Tracker.
StanSP Posted 13 February 2009 Author Posted 13 February 2009 Well its not about them cooking isit.Idiot. Yeah but they always seem to criticie other people' cooking. The contestants should be able (at least once) to judge Greg and John's food.
Alexikokopops Posted 13 February 2009 Posted 13 February 2009 MasterChef is great. Can't get enough of it. You could feed Gregg Wallace a bag of sugar for pudding and he'd still call it a "triumph". "WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO TURN OUT GREAT FOOD...UNDER PRESSURE!" "COOKING DOESN'T GET TOUGHER THAN THIS!" "WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE, WHO CAN MAKE IT, AS A PROFESSIONAL!" Although I've noticed, that when Tarode does say professional, the pro part of the word disappears. (erf)Fessional. Usually comes out like that. Yes Nihat! I was literally obsessed with the first series of this current format. Love it
James. Posted 13 February 2009 Posted 13 February 2009 I was literally obsessed with the first series of this current format. Love it Same. It's f**king great.
Samilktray Posted 13 February 2009 Posted 13 February 2009 I think most people can agree its a good show. If not, your not relevant.
