Matt Posted 28 April 2009 Posted 28 April 2009 I'm going on the Saturday and got the tickets over two weeks ago. I bought them through ticketmaster in the Wednesday "pre-sale". You've actually got the tickets - Through the post? Or you mean you have bought the tickets? I might have to give Ticketmaster a email or call tomorrow.

No I bought them on the Wednesday too, because as i've already said "Pre-Sale" to me would mean something exclusive only available to certain people but the "Pre-Sale" seemed abit pointless and available to everyone.

Matt Posted 28 April 2009 Posted 28 April 2009 I've just had a look on My Ticketmaster account and it says "You're tickets have not been dispatched yet" so atleast I know the postie ain't nicked them. And I then clicked "Tickets Not Received" and this is the verdict; Tickets Not ReceivedTicketmaster aims to dispatch tickets as soon as possible. We are not able to be specific with exact dates of dispatch. Please allow as much time as possible for your tickets to arrive. If your tickets have not arrived five days before the show or, if you are travelling, five days before you leave, please contact us. Please include your reference number and the name and postcode the booking is under. I know tickets don't normally come till 7 days before the event alot of the time, but just had abit of a panic when I hear of others receiving their tickets, as I said still a few weeks to go so will hang on abit longer.
