Corky Posted 9 April 2009 Posted 9 April 2009 I still can't swear in front of my parents. Bit of a pain when Daddy comes to the football I swore once at football in front of everyone- aged 9 telling Michael Owen to "fuck off". Hasn't happened since- I normally swear under my breath.
Webbo Posted 9 April 2009 Posted 9 April 2009 Tell me about it, I remember coming home from school one day and asking my mother what a lesbian was, I couldn't sit down for two days and i didn't ask her another question for months... Same thing happened to me when i asked my fathers boyfriend what a poof was Are you saying he slapped you or something else?
Koke Posted 9 April 2009 Author Posted 9 April 2009 Even to this day, if I swear in front of my mum she would probably slap me. If I raised my voice to my mum, the consequences wouldn't be so severe that I could report her for assault
purpleronnie Posted 9 April 2009 Posted 9 April 2009 Something I noticed very early on, kids here are completely spoilt brats and the parents usually won't have anything bad said about their kids.
Steven Posted 10 April 2009 Posted 10 April 2009 I still can't swear in front of my parents. Bit of a pain when Daddy comes to the football To this day I have never sworn in front of my parents and still refer to them as Mater and Pater.
