Louise Posted 1 May 2005 Posted 1 May 2005 Average League Attendance: 24,137 Including Cup: 23,146 Highest (League): 30,231 (West Ham 0-0) Lowest (League): 21,249 (Preston 1-1) Highest (Cup): 16,750 (Blackpool 2-2) Lowest (Cup): 6,751 (Preston 2-3) It is a shame when last year our average was 30kish but I think considering the high ticket prices and the poor form especially at home it's still quite a good amount when you consider some of the other average attendances in this league.
shen Posted 2 May 2005 Posted 2 May 2005 How do we compare to the others in our League? I'm imagining only Sunderland and maybe West Ham and Derby are ahead of us...?
Simon Posted 2 May 2005 Posted 2 May 2005 You can find it here: http://stats.football365.com/dom/ENG/D1/attend.html We're 7th behind Leeds, Sunderland, West Ham, Wolves, Ipswich and Derby.
filbertway Posted 2 May 2005 Posted 2 May 2005 I dont think thats too bad, considering prices and performance.
C-man Posted 2 May 2005 Posted 2 May 2005 I think the attendances were ok, considering the price and the performances, but im hoping they will be improved next year because of the last two home performances

MON Posted 2 May 2005 Posted 2 May 2005 Look how depressing this is then!http://stats.football365.com/dom/ENG/D1/ptslost.html 101967 We could have 87 points and be promoted in 2nd place. Is there something similar for last season Wellman?!
Anish Posted 2 May 2005 Posted 2 May 2005 Look how depressing this is then!http://stats.football365.com/dom/ENG/D1/ptslost.html 101967 That sums up our season perfectly, unfortunately.

davieG Posted 2 May 2005 Posted 2 May 2005 Look at the First half table and the Second half table 101988 Sorry if I'm a bit slow Steven, can you explain
Steven Posted 2 May 2005 Posted 2 May 2005 Look at the First half table and the Second half table 101988 Sorry if I'm a bit slow Steven, can you explain 102040 If we had played all season as we did in the first half of our games then we would be in a play-off place. If we played as we do in the second half then we would be relegated. Clearly this says two things. One the current side is capable of challenging for a play-off place and that there is a massive difference in our second half performance that cannot easily be explained. For comparison in the 97-98 season we were seventh in both the first and second half tables.

Steven Posted 2 May 2005 Posted 2 May 2005 It was the 'had' that was confusing me, so all in all good ammo for Chandler then 102048 These stats refer to the each of half of an individual game and not the season as a whole. As this kind of inconsistency is very MA (who could forget Wolves. ) these stats do not halp Chandler in any way. Stats
King Kyle lcfc Posted 2 May 2005 Posted 2 May 2005 thats like saying then if we had of played all our games away from hom in the 97-98 season we would have fionished 5th in the prem mate
