BlabyFox Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Cheltenham relegated. Drew 1-1 against Carlisle officially confirming their relegation.
lou Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Bloody shame - their fans dont deserve it. Hope they come back up soon
Libertine Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Peterborough promoted. Joining us next season. Happy with this.
lou Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Didnt want Peterboro up....... oh well at least we get 1 terraced away game next season
Shrenchel Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Didnt want Peterboro up....... oh well at least we get 1 terraced away game next season True, but also means they will have to convert it to seats within 3 years. Another one lost from English football.

CosbehFox Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 P'boro are after a new stadium anyways. Can't see it lasting too. Bury missed a golden chance today....ahh well's...might mean I make an appearance at Wembley then!
CSKA SOFIA Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Can someone explain me why do you like Cheltenham Town so much?
Fosse Boy Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Can someone explain me why do you like Cheltenham Town so much? Read this, and watch the video. That should help to explain. There you go. Was at Col U v Peterborough today. Boro fans were pretty good all game, I'm glad they've come up with us.
Joe. Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Lloyd Owusu scored again to hopefully keep Brighton up. Going down to the last game now, with Carlisle struggling in the relegation zone.
davieG Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Brum messing it up against Preston - were 1-0 to the good now losing 2-1 in added on time.
lou Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Brum messing it up against Preston - were 1-0 to the good now losing 2-1 in added on time. Yeah been watching this.... Bowyer is an animal I hate that man so much ( I use the term Man loosely!) Scratching at the other fellas face like a 15 year old girl in a fight... tosser! Bit daft of the preston guy taking his shirt off when he scored having already had a yellow.
Tilley Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 If Sheffield United win next week away at Palace, then Birmingham must win away at Reading.
Brainy Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 If Sheffield United win next week away at Palace, then Birmingham must win away at Reading. If Sheff Utd don't beat Palace next week i'll be amazed.

lildave3 Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Brum messing it up against Preston - were 1-0 to the good now losing 2-1 in added on time. Cracking game I thought, really enjoyed it. Thought that was it when Brum took the lead, but two absolutely stunning goals gave Preston the win. Hate the rule about the yellow card for taking your shirt off.

lou Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Feel a bit embarrassed for the Brum players...... theyve come out for a lap of honour and theres about 300 fans left applauding them.... lousy support!
Ultra Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 If Sheff Utd don't beat Palace next week i'll be amazed. It has to be the most nailed-on result in the history of football. There's no way Wazzock will try to stop the blunts going up.
Joe. Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Bournemouth It can be done. 80th minute winner today to keep them in the league after their 17 point deduction at the start of the season. Not forgetting Rotherham too, also with a 17 point deduction, currently in 14th. Superb season; they'd be in 5th without that. Very pleased for them both.
Koke Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Feel a bit embarrassed for the Brum players...... theyve come out for a lap of honour and theres about 300 fans left applauding them.... lousy support! So embarrassing. The most pointless club in the Midlands, with the worst sets of fans - such a tinpot club. That club do not deserve top flight football. I hope Sheffield United or Reading surpass them for the automatic spot.

Me too - had a soft spot for Bournemouth ever since they baby-sat Maxi for us.
