Sly Posted 24 May 2009 Posted 24 May 2009 $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$CASINO JIMMY$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ You mean this bloke? Casino Jimmy
Ozwin Posted 24 May 2009 Posted 24 May 2009 It's becoming scary how many players I've signed on FM we're linked with lately.
ha77y Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 Good amount of footage there. Looks good 2/3 outstanding saves. Would be happy if he was one of the keepers we got. Hibs like giving free kicks away.
fantastic_mr_fox Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 This guy could well be the new Spider Kalac and for that reason I am in.
Stueyt74 Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 Looks like a good signing to be honest. Although, has anyone else noticed he looks a bit like Fabien Barthez from a distance? Hopefully he doesn't act like him.
Jonezy Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 Looks like a shotstopper specialist on the youtube vid. Lots of rebounds and he stays mostly on his line. Got a nice kick in him according to the vid. Dunno, think I prefer a more commanding type of goalie.
scinnell Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 According to Hibs fans on 606 BBC, they think hes a good Goalkepper, However he needs to work on his punching.
Sly Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 I'm not overly inspired by this to be honest. The video only really shows you his shot stopping ability and I thought he could have caught some of those to be honest. On a more positive note, he did turn down a move to Rangers a while back. They aren't excatly the worlds worst team!!

lookwhaticando Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 I think we're actually being linked with every goalkeeper that could potentially be available this summer. Eight or so down... six hundred and seventy four to go.

maddog Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 Hibernian, Hearts, Swindon, Lincoln! When will we sign/get linked with a player at a Premier League/decent club
BlueFox_23 Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 I've recently read that marcus hahnemann has been released by reading! This would by my first choice as a new potential keeper especially as he has premier league experience! Why have we not tried to sign him?

BlueFox_23 Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 Ok, he's 36 but were rumoured to be after a keeper who is 33. Brad friedel, great goalkeeper is 38, Edwin van der sar, another great goalkeeper is 38!!! 36 is nothing for a goalkeeper. We could easily get a couple of years service from him!
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 26 May 2009 Posted 26 May 2009 I think I had this keepr on FM before releasing him as he was only number 2 on like 5 grand a week.

Why have we not tried to sign him? have you seen him play recently... he is past it hence why Reading got rid. I trust Nigel and his staff to find the best keeper available.

Sly Posted 26 May 2009 Posted 26 May 2009 It's insight like that that makes the Transfer Talk forum so valuable. Could we ban any mention of FM in the transfer talk forum?
Ozwin Posted 26 May 2009 Posted 26 May 2009 But FM is the be all and end all of footballing rumours. If they're no good on FM they're no good for my beloved Leicester City. FM doesn't lie.
lookwhaticando Posted 26 May 2009 Posted 26 May 2009 Could we ban any mention of FM in the transfer talk forum? We've had a hard enough time banning mention of FR. We don't need another acronym to confuse the issue.
