Manwell Pablo Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 listen to yourselfGet a life, get a grip and go outside for a bit? Get your head and cock out of books/films and do something normal, that involves not posting on here. Perhaps go and see your friends, or play football, or go for a run, or ring someone? The oppoprtunities are endless, you dont have to live the life of FT 24/7, there is help out there... Play football! Are you playing tomorrow Box Head? EDIT: By Tomorrow I mean Saturday obviously.
Tommy G Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Play football! Are you playing tomorrow Box Head? EDIT: By Tomorrow I mean Saturday obviously. What are you talking about
TrickyTrev Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 When was the last time a club that weren't Real Madrid bought a 'superstar' in their prime? Maybe Ronaldo to Inter in 98? It doesn't happen, because you have to pay £80 million pounds. Look at the best players in the world this decade, they all either joined their big club before they were superstars; Kaka, Ronaldinho, Messi, Henry (To Arsenal and Juve), Ronaldo, Shevchenko. Or they move once they are over the hill; Ballack, Deco, Shevchenko, Figo e.t.c It is hardly unique to the premier league.
Joe. Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 I'd say Ronaldinho is a little bit arguable. He came straight to La Liga and set it on fire.
Manwell Pablo Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 What are you talking about 5 a side tournament on Saturday. Just relised you haven't actually surfaced from your keyboard for nearly a year. You've probably been to busy picking online ViRtUaL WaRs!*!/&! to notice the real world stuff. That Finners is taking part in, and your not by the looks of it. Ironic considering your last comment.

You don't see that as slightly hypocritical given that you've spent the last 36 odd hours stalking me around an internet forum trying to pick fights and throw really childish insults?

lildave3 Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 I'd say Ronaldinho is a little bit arguable. He came straight to La Liga and set it on fire. He wasn't exactly a superstar at PSG though, his point.

No I'm not, but thanks anyway. I have surfaced from my keyboard, just not playing 5 a side
TrickyTrev Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 I'd say Ronaldinho is a little bit arguable. He came straight to La Liga and set it on fire. But when Barca signed him it was from PSG. Sure he had a good world cup in 2002, but he had done nothing in club football. When he signed fro AC it was because he was thought over the hill.

When he signed fro AC it was because he was thought over the hill. Yeah but he was still a world class player, even at PSG. Plenty of clubs were after him at the time, and eventually he went to Barac for over £21m in the end. I'd still class him as a "superstar", even at PSG. He just showed he could carry it on at a higher level with Barca...
Manwell Pablo Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 No I'm not, but thanks anyway. I have surfaced from my keyboard, just not playing 5 a side Well thats a shame, I was going to buy you a protein shake in the pub and everything.
Tommy G Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Well thats a shame, I was going to buy you a protein shake in the pub and everything. That would be the first one I'd of had in two months, shame. Sounds like I'm missing out
Maybes Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 If Nathko drops out Tommy G for team E I say. Finners would love that.
Tommy G Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 If Nathko drops out Tommy G for team E I say.Finners would love that. Is he in Team E?

Bert Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Revision? You nerd, you should get out more. *Tommy G career rant inevitable*
Manwell Pablo Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Too much revision, it's your unlucky day Poor excuse. Schedule a break. 11-3. You can work round that. I think you're just scared of 5'10 98lbs Finners. Wouldn't of been the case if you'd of carried on with the shakes Tommy. You'll be telling me you've cancelled your subscription to Mens Health next.

No Ive had too much work on with a new job and exams etc to even worry about supplements. Ive only been going to the gym twice a week to try and keep my weight up. In truth, after next friday you will be pleased to know I will be back on the creatine and shakes and hope to be 14 sone by christmas. 98lbs is probably a little generous. I dont even know what that is in Kg's
