Sorry to burst your bubble but it wont be shown live on BBC website. They might mean live radio coverage or up to date news flashes. Sky have the rights.

Do I have to download loads of shit that makes my laptop run slow> (Like Net Footy Doctor) or whatever that was? Also, I'll be running of a dongle. I can usually watch 4OD and iPlayer with ease, will this be the same for the football?

There will be various ones on there including links that work with Media player so you do not have to download anything.
