Bugg Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 Next time our country comes under a terrorist attack, or another regiment marching through the streets of luton get jeered, or a muslim group again try to march through the streets of Wooton bassett,, I'll dig up this thread You absolute deluded cunt. Do you really think any of your EDL mob actually care about extremism etc. They're just racist ****wits who look for an excuse to fight anyone (as displayed in the video RedHux posted earlier)
Guest lcfc80 Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 You absolute deluded cunt. Do you really think any of your EDL mob actually care about extremism etc. They're just racist ****wits who look for an excuse to fight anyone (as displayed in the video RedHux posted earlier) and exactly how many members of the EDL have you spoken to to get this qualified opinion?
The Year Of The Fox Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 I too didn't go down, purely for the reason that I thought it'd kick off, and it wasn't something I want to get involved in. But as said just now, the extreme lefties are just as bad as anyone else in all this. Its a case of people opposing to the EDL use only the facts they choose to see to back their argument up. Calling them all thugs isn't exactly a great argument. I like to think I'm quite intelligent, and certainly not a thug, yet I'll openly admit to supporting the EDL, even though I'm not a member as such
Bugg Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 and exactly how many members of the EDL have you spoken to to get this qualified opinion? Mainly ones who think the main aim of the EDL is to "kick the pakis out the **** country" And if you're suggesting people opposing the EDL are extreme lefties then you are a cunt, just cause I'm not a racist knuckle dragger doesn't make me an "extreme lefty"
Guest lcfc80 Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 Mainly ones who think the main aim of the EDL is to "kick the pakis out the **** country" so thats none then , i actually know quite a few that are leading members of the EDL (remember im not a member before you explode over your computer) and was invited to go by some birmingham fella, now i was going to take my muslim friend aswell who is against islamic extremisam and he would of been perfectly safe, but as you know best because you've spoken to ZERO members i'll leave you to look silly and get angry
The Year Of The Fox Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 Mainly ones who think the main aim of the EDL is to "kick the pakis out the **** country" Deluded? As I said, head, bury, sand. Ive never said I'm a member of the EDL. It just happens that a lot of people now have my way of thinking about these types of arguments. More people agree than you'll probably ever know. Why? Cos people are too scared to say what they think when they could get called 'deluded ****s' just for having an opinion. Why do people resort to swearing when losing an argument?

Guest Bilo Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 You don't need to talk to them to find out their opinion. Ask a lad on here who saw a Sikh being abused on his train home by EDLers for being Asian. I myself heard We All Hate Muslim Cunts on the way back to the train station. How's about eavesdropping on conversations about 'dropping Pakis' after the protest ended? So you don't need to have a conversation with them about the finer points of their political stance, their actions speak loudly enough.
Big Ol' Bob Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 Oh yes. Of course the EDL are all about MUSLIM EXTREMISTS...... This is why they run through the streets, smashing shops to shit, chanting football songs, throwing fireworks, bricks, coins and traffic cones at police. That's how we'll solve it lads. Fact is none of them have a fooking clue what they are fighting about, it's like day release from the Jeremy Kyle show holding cage. Barely any of the ****s have a job yet feel the need to go waving a flag about and feel that they are doing their fooking bit. "Let's go fooking mental , la, la, la, la..." Similar to showing a group of 14 year olds a dvd of Green Street, giving them a crate of stella and have Danny Dyer to look after them, fooking deluded.

lcfc_jme Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 Sorry to hear about what happened to your brother and his mates... at least they managed to get home safely in the end - hope they're not too shaken up by it. Can fully understand the red mist that descended over you, though - if that had happened to anyone I knew I'd have lost it too. fooking hell, sorry to hear that mate. Ta much I think, understandably, they're a little shaken by it all.. My bro and his mate have to walk through Highfields tomorrow to get to their basketball match, and they're slightly apprehensive about it and wondering whether the same idiots will still be out. It's pretty shit all round really considering that the most controversial thing the lot of them have done is support a top 4 football team! I mean, one of them was even naive enough to say "no, don't run, they won't chase us 'cos we're not EDL". Just glad they got in fine really, hoping the same can be said for everyone that's out and about tonight either with mates or by themselves.
Bugg Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 So I'm burying my head in the sand? But you think that you're Muslim friend will be safe with the same group of people who were fighting themselves in Bradford? I was in Hanley the day the EDL demo was on in Stoke (didn't realise about the march) and I witnessed one typical skinhead say "I really wanna do a paki in today" and "get out our fuckin country you arab ****s". Like Bilo said, I don't have to know any of them to realise that they are disgusting examples of human beings.
Guest bennytwohats Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 Not adding anything new but it's already been noted that these people clearly aren't focussed on pushing a political message. Its about mindless violence. You only have to spend two minutes on their facebook page (i'm assuming that it's fair to say that is representative of their views lcfcstu?) to see that it's not about extremism, it's just pure racism and hatemongering. Thankfully, most people are smart enough to see that the edl has pretty much shut down a city centre on a busy day, cost the local economy loads in policing, and generally intimidated the local community, white, brown, black or blue, muslim, atheist, christian, hindu, sikh, jedi, whatever. They have spoken about today like it is a success? How exactly? Gah, i know a fair few muslims and most of them have values and integrity, which is alot more than can be said about most of the edl - not pulling it out of thin air, i see the hypocrisy in the messages they spread, the violence and hate filled on their facebook page. The ironic truth, which is obvious to the vast majority of English people, is that England would be a much better place without the EDL.
sdb Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 As far as I'm aware, the UAF (United Against Facism) group required the same amount of policing etc as the EDL and how many fights were there? how many vandalised shops? racist chants? etc
Big Ol' Bob Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 To be honest. They are both as bad, I couldn't give a shit about either. If someone pipes up saying that means I don't care about the troops then so be it. It's amazing to think the year is 2010 sometimes.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 f that was the whole of the EDL then you would have a point but me and you know it wasnt. the lefties have the same problem with factions just wanting to kick off wth the other side. for example at one edl meeting a few months back they held a 2 minutes silence out of respect for the fallen troops that have died serving our country and some leftie bird decided to shout through a megaphone all th way through it, pure class eh You only get to hear one side of the story. The other side is swept under the carpet by people like the BBC. Unfortunatley, for saying that people say anyone who agree with the EDL are thick, it think theyre rather naive themselves in just listening to what people want you to hear
Guest lcfc80 Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 As far as I'm aware, the UAF (United Against Facism) group required the same amount of policing etc as the EDL most of the people on here havent a clue about these sort of protest mate ( a few are just jumping on the anti edl bandwagon to fit in). I was present at a national front march a few years back (again before people explode it was because it was through my area not because i supported it) and the police only had to be there to hold back all the leftes that turned up trying to get at the NF

The Year Of The Fox Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 and how many fights were there? how many vandalised shops? racist chants? etc I don't know, I've only just got out of bed so havent looked it up etc! (heavy night) I know some of the EDL are looking for an excuse to fight etc. Not all though. I genuinely have concerns for the safety of this country and the safety of our citizens. It doesn't make me a thug
Ozwin Posted 9 October 2010 Posted 9 October 2010 I want to know more about the Baby Squad. I thought they'd ended ages ago, heard some proper dark things about them in the past.
