CHAMPION JUPP GOES WELSH

Formula Foxestalk champion Ashley Jupp has announced his seat for the 18th season of the sport will be as the team leader of "Team Wales". Although still affectionately known as Ferrari, for legal reasons we will use Team Wales when referring to the team.

"It's a fantastic team, and one that is competitive and can win races. As usual there are some tough teams and opponents - particularly with Fi in the BMW, and Chris in the McLewis - so it's important that we stay consistent and try to make a good start." the 18 year old told us.

Jupp also revealed that his team-mate this year will be Matt Gray, who has made the switch from Reno. "He's a good lad, seems committed and had a solid first season so we've all got big hopes for him. I'm really hoping that with my help, and in a strong car, he can start pushing for podiums and beyond."

Gray honored to team up with Jupp

Speaking at his home in Leicestershire to a BBC reporter new Team Wales driver Matt Gray said he was honored to be team-mates with reining Formula FoxesTalk champion Ashley Jupp. He also thanked his former Reno team-mate Chris Louth.

"To think I am team-mates with a newly crowned world champion, high on confidence, can only do me good. Ashley is very nice person to know and I hope that we will get on well at Team Wales. After last season I never thought I could be at a team as well known as Team Wales. I couldn't feel any better at the minute. This last year has been one of the best for me and I hope I can make it better with helping Ashley to win back-to-back championships."

"I am so grateful to all the help that Chris gave me last season, I still regret my decisions last year and I hope that one day I can help Chris once more, I really thank Reno as well for my big chance and they will always have a soft spot in my eyes. I also apologise to Fi for not teaming up with her, I just felt that teaming up with a reigning world Champion was an opportunity i could not turn down."

Yeah, c'mon folks - it's really not tricky. I can do it and I'm blonde... and female... and partnered by Fox You Forest.:P

Cheers for the appeals folks :D

Definitely hoping for a couple more at least. I know Jovan isn't getting involved this time, but there's still others

Lozza has read the message so knows about it, but hasn't responded or posted to say he's not playing or anything...quite odd.

And not sure whether lildave or Joe Mee are playing this time, cause they didn't seem that interested by it in the last series. The work to bring more people in is ongoing :P
