Father Ted Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 If we lose at home next week then we are doomed...I'd rather see crap football and win than pretty stuff and lose. Bring back NP. Thanks MM Go and watch Chelsea then
FoxyPV Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 I'll probably divorce the missus and go live in a cave somewhere because the shame will be too much to bear. I'll then resurface when Leicester have turned into Chelsea or Manure and I've something serious to moan about like how shit it is not to have already won the PL, CL, World cup etc this year even though it's only two games into the PL season

Guest parky0607 Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 To be fair I think we've had 3 of the most difficult games. I think people are forgetting that crystal palace would have been lingering round us last season had they not had a 10 point deduction, Middlesborough are pre season favourites, and Burnley were premier league last season, and did beat man utd! I'll make my judgement of Sousa at around Christmas time.
marbelladave Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 I'd actually be reasonably content if a sizeable proportion of our "fan"base actually went and did that. Quite right too.... Though we might have somewhat differing views on just which fans made up that 'sizeable proportion'.

Blimey, if you're going to break it to him that his wife is a bigamist of that magnitude, I can think of more subtle ways of doing it.

Corky Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 We will beat Reading, the pressure is on and the players will respond. Come on

Thanks MM I would hate to have you watching my back during a battle, cos you would be as much good as a chocolate tea pot ! Nobodies happy, at this time, I dont agree with some of the things he says, but we've got to give the guy a chance. If we are still bottom after 15 or 20 game come on here and moan again, you might get a different response......
iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 Money ain't the answer. Get the formation and tactics right, we have a quality championship squad.
Karljohn Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 Money ain't the answer. Get the formation and tactics right, we have a quality championship squad. My thoughts too, it wasn't broke and didn't need fixing. We were always going to need 2-3 players to replace the loanees, perhaps 4 players at best to mount a decent challenge. So far we have an injury prone Vitor, Moreno, Crncic, Moussa, Lamey and yet the 10m is still to be spent. Your right, money isn't the answer, its creativity, tactics and a gameplan, I stood for 85 minutes at Burnley trying to figure out what the hell we were trying to do.
nothin2seehere Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 @ibbosuk: "Paulo Sousa A new manager swearing blacks white, he's gonna hang himself if he carry's on bullshitting." More so than the unbelievers, it's driving me crazy seeing you spell "carries" with a "y's" in the context it's being used. Please change it!
iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 I don't think if we lose it is all doom and gloom, and if Sousa does go, I think he will leave behind a very good set of players easily capable of getting promotion if managed properly

Shane Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 Sorry but.. We are three games into the fooking season and your acting as if we don't win next week we won't reach the champions league spot. Just shut ye trap. Yes we've had a bad start but it's still early days now stop complaining and be patient because the wins will come. All of this moaning from the fans is beyond a joke. 3 games into the season and people are already complaining

Just shut ye trap. Yes we've had a bad start but it's still early days now stop complaining and be patient because the wins will come. All of this moaning from the fans is beyond a joke. 3 games into the season and people are already complaining After all the stick people gave Mandric for the management merry go round in his first full season, I find it fooking incredible and quite sickening the amount of 'Sousa should go' talk going on. Whenever an early management sacking happens, we all sit there and shake our fooking heads and talk about how the game has changed and how managers dont get the chance blah blah fooking blah. 3 fooking GAMES IN and people are starting to panic. Lets look at those 3 games: - Crystal Palace - Absolutely battered them. Scored twice, hit the woodwork twice, numerous chances but conceded 3 gash goals. Middlesborough - Absolutely battered them. Created shit loads of chances, goal disallowed, fook loads of corners, never in danger from the team favourites for promotions. Burnley - Should have been 2 up after 20 minutes, 1st choice keeper off replaced by irish dumpling, bad deflected goal followed by the first poor half we've seen. I've had enough of this shit. I'm going to bed.

Haha i like it, but some good points, Give Sousa a chance he will turn good in the end and if given enough time and money (well spent) he will develop our team into an an efficient and attractive to watch football team.
CKB Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 Chance: The likelihood of something happening; possibility or probability. It's 3 games people, 3 games!!! lets just see where we are after 10/12?? struggling then evaluate it more...
Thracian Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 If Soussa can find the players and develop the team spirit and work ethic to make his pass and move football effective then it will take us further than Pearson's limited approach. But they are all big ifs. .
Chrysalis Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 OP's point is valid in my opinion. I will drop the 10 million transfer budget and new owners in a hertbeat and revert to NP and been broke thanks.
Fox1994 Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 calm down! calm down! its way to early, things are not as bad as your all making out! we have just come off the back off a massive over achievement that was last season. And we have been very unlucky in all 3 of our league games so far. well i didn't go to palace so i cant really comment but it seemed if we just sured up the defence a bit then we could easily have got a result there. Middlesborough were lucky to come away with a point, we had a goal disallowed and some of the football was great to watch. and dont forget this is against a team many people are tipping to gain promotion. Although the burnley scoreline gives the impression of a thrashing, it could of been a different game if we had converted some of our first half chances and used the possession more effectively. there first goal was just total football and unfortunately it went in favour of them, on another day it could of been us getting lucky with a cruel deflection. burnley wer in the prem last season too and they have a strong squad that should do well in this devision, it looked a very tough ask to go to them and get a win . i think a lot of people seemed to be over reacting a bit . so basically we need to play our strongest team against reading, DYER AND FRYATT! not that clown nguessan and hope we get a bit of luck and give DJ some service. give sousa some time, and were probably best aiming for mid table this season and building from there, there are a lot of good teams in the champo this season
Leicester_Loyal Posted 24 August 2010 Posted 24 August 2010 Why are people still repeating we only have 3 games to go? Just ignore this thread for gods sake.
