G-OIMC Posted 21 August 2010 Author Posted 21 August 2010 Shut up.so u think 9 goals in 4 games is right do u?
Zingari Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 It may take more than a human sacrifice to turn our fortunes round Nice gesture though ah well , it doesn't hurt to occasionally think outside the box
The Doctor Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 Shut up.so u think 9 goals in 4 games is right do u? *clears throat* it's certainly better than this
wurmer Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 Shut up.so u think 9 goals in 4 games is right do u? Completely agree, Dont think we are doomed, yet, but shrugging off the crapness of our defence is stupid.
Zingari Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 I can see it now... "Devastating flooding across the Midlands as thousands of suicidal Leciester City Fans hurl themselves into the Grand Union" We need a noose emoticon. if you think i'm jumping in with that scruffy lot of fookers you can think again
skinnydipper Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 ah well , it doesn't hurt to occasionally think outside the box Agreed but putting yourself in one will solve nothing
FrankieADZ Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 Shut up.so u think 9 goals in 4 games is right do u? No i dont think its right but, for christ sake, its only 3 LEAGUE games into the season. We meant to win every game then? <_<
skinnydipper Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 If we don't win next week ... at least we won't drop any places
teblin Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 Just posted this image else where but it is needed in this thread.: Remember people NP lost 4 in a row last season, that just happened to be midway through. MON didn't win for 12 matches when he took over. So lets cheer up and get behind Paulo.
AoWW Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 if you think i'm jumping in with that scruffy lot of fookers you can think again Scruffy? They're all styling themselves on Sousa now.
Guest Bilo Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 And if we win next week, there'll be a polar opposite over-reaction. It's the Leicester way. Seriously though, Sousa needs to find his best XI and use it. If we lose again next week, a bad start could easily turn into a catastrophic one with September looking little easier.
Zingari Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 Scruffy? They're all styling themselves on Sousa now. yes i know , i saw jobber in his new Dolce & Gabbana suit sipping cappuccino outside la dolce vita only the other day
G-OIMC Posted 21 August 2010 Author Posted 21 August 2010 True.we need a winger and a out n out striker.Heskey is not the answer.
AoWW Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 yes i know , i saw jobber in his new Dolce & Gabbana suit sipping cappuccino outside la dolce vita only the other day It's times like this I wish my Photoshop skills were better.
Ashley Posted 22 August 2010 Posted 22 August 2010 I don't know why people are panicking at the moment for, am I the only person who thinks we'll be play-offs or there abouts come may? I've just been speaking to my mate about our situation, Sunderland & Norwich got brought up. Sunderland when Roy Keane took over where in our position probably a little bit higher nearer christmas time, come may they were champions and still remain in the premier league today. Norwich, last season got spanked 7-1, drew 1-1? and lost 2-1, they finished champions of league one... But still.... have some faith.
Fosse Boy Posted 22 August 2010 Posted 22 August 2010 If we don't win next week it will affect nothing for me. I can't change what goes on in the board room, the changing room or on the pitch. I've shelled out a fair wad for a Season Ticket so I may as well put it to good use and try and enjoy myself. So sick of this constant desire to fail that certain fans hold so dear. Of course it's natural to be concerned with how we're playing, how our squad's gelling, how the manager's coping. I'd be lying if I didn't say there were doubts in my mind as to what the future holds for our club, but it almost seems like some revel in pessimism to the point of obsession. It's pathetic. Christ on a bike, enjoy your life a bit and stop being so serious. Only in this country.
davbison Posted 22 August 2010 Posted 22 August 2010 I can't believe people are calling for Sousa's head already. Losing at Burnley was hardly a shock result, and a draw with pre-season favourites Boro wasn't a disaster. I would have expected to get something from Palace, but that's football for you. We'll come good soon.
carterfox90 Posted 22 August 2010 Posted 22 August 2010 we cant really judge untill 10 games have gone bye then we can see where the season may or may not be going to be honest
davieG Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 i intend to throw myself in the canal Polluter! I can see it now... "Devastating flooding across the Midlands as thousands of suicidal Leciester City Fans hurl themselves into the Grand Union" We need a noose emoticon.

Manwell Pablo Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 It is probably a bit early to be panicing. I am worried however. The amount of goals we are conceading is not acceptable, espeically as Sosa built Swansea up by making them hard to beat. Oh and now we have Conrad in goal. Excellent.
crafty fox Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 i think were definately lacking strength in depth in our team, last year we punched well above our weight and relied heavily on loan players. i have a lot of friends who are heavily involved in football and all of them last season said we were nowhere near as good as our position suggested and now we have a new gaffer its going to take time to re-build and find the true level where we are at and what players fit into the new style of play. play offs at best is a huge ask with the transfer window shutting soon i dont think we will get in the players what we need until januaray and its just a case of trying to stay within reach of the top six to make a push in the second half of the season once everything has settled down.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 23 August 2010 Posted 23 August 2010 If we don't win next week, I reckon I'll go out for a couple of pints, and then on Sunday nip over to Birmingham to see some of my family, then stay over and go to a wedding in Sutton Coldfield on Monday. This is exactly the sort of clear thinking and decisive plan of action that we need in these testing times
