Goal & Tackle

Looks like a case of really bad luck to me. Awful for Cunningham but we see tackles like that every game (unless i'm missing something from the lack of detail in the video). Get well soon.

It's a shame the game isn't played in slo-mo then eh.

Slow mo or no slow mo the tackle isn't any more dangerous than any slide tackle

Clearly not.

Thing is though, Cunningham was lucky earlier in the game not to obtain an injury from a challenge by James Harper.

And on that note, how did Harper not get booked all game? He was a disgrace, as well as Bullard's constant diving.

Harpers tackle on Greg was in the first minute and im pretty sure it was 2 footed and much worse than the tackle that broke his leg.

How he didnt get injured from the tackle i dont know, and how Harper went the whole game with out getting booked is beyond me ! Especially when Wellens got a yellow for shielding the ball out for a goal kick.

Its a reckless lunge with a completely over aggressive use of force to try and win the ball. Why was he hell bent on diving in in that area of the pitch anyway?

A complete cowards tackle that has left a promising young player in hospital.

Disgusting.

Exactly, I thought that first would have been worser than the one that injured Cunningham if Harper would have connected.
