iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 9 January 2011 Posted 9 January 2011 Thought it was good today. In my usual seat top of sk2 singing my heart out as per. Had some decent lads around us though today and helped out. Having 31000 and singers dotted all around the ground made a massive difference imo.
ajthefox Posted 9 January 2011 Posted 9 January 2011 quality atmosphere today, second half particularly and it's a massive shame we can't get this kind of support usually. Man City fans were poor, considering there was 5000 they really were quiet, barely even sung whe they were winning.
STUHILL Posted 9 January 2011 Posted 9 January 2011 Thought atmosphere was awesome today! KOP was bouncing. Man City fans were ok. Didn't have too much to sing about as we bossed em haha
tylesta Posted 9 January 2011 Posted 9 January 2011 *Insert "why don't we make noise every game" comment* Not even sure it'll be that great today, 8000 part-timers surely aren't gonna contribute that much to an already fairly dire atmosphere. No doubt the Mancs will be loud though. hate the comment part timer, as i am one of them!!!!! reason being i don't go every game as i play saturdays (if i'm not ill take my 3 year old city) have another 2 kids who are to young to go city so cannot attend as much as i want to!!! before you come out with comments like that think every person as diffrent circumstances plus 8,000 part timers??? that would leave our average attendance at 16.000 as there were 6.000 man city fans there!!!!
ta-fc Posted 9 January 2011 Posted 9 January 2011 just wanted to say well done to all the blues that could make it today atmosphere sounded electric on the tv... Only wish I could have been with ya (so does my 1 yo daughter who I nearly jumped on when Kingy scored)... Ash

Trav Le Bleu Posted 9 January 2011 Posted 9 January 2011 Probably the best atmosphere I've experienced at the Walkers to date.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 9 January 2011 Posted 9 January 2011 It was a good atmosphere today and proves that Leicester have got some brilliant fans - shame we cant reproduce that noise a bit more often
Kitchandro Posted 9 January 2011 Posted 9 January 2011 Brilliant atmosphere in K Block. Banter between us and with their fans was great. And it was just an memorably epic moment when we got the first, and the second. Carnage.
Tommeh Posted 9 January 2011 Posted 9 January 2011 Man City fans for a 10 minute spell after their goal were probably the best I've ever seen, all doing the facing backwards thing, bouncing, scarves waving. Looked fvcking quality. 2nd half in the Kop was very, very good. Big percentage of Sk1 stood throughout which was excellent.
ajthefox Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 Brilliant atmosphere in K Block. Banter between us and with their fans was great. And it was just an memorably epic moment when we got the first, and the second. Carnage. Best word to describe it is that. I had no idea how the ball even end up with king until watching itv earlier, but went mental when he put it in none-the-less.

ajthefox Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 yes mate I'd watch them, not exactly loads to see but far far better than the FLS bollocks we seem to be getting.
themotivator Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 yes mate I'd watch them, not exactly loads to see but far far better than the FLS bollocks we seem to be getting. cheers. im not sure weather they will be available on itvplayer or not, much like motd doesn't go on iplayer. does anybody know the answer to this?
Corky Posted 10 January 2011 Posted 10 January 2011 Good atmosphere, the noise after the goals was excellent.
