I would wager if you dipped into the private lives of most on England's squad there would be something to boot them out for then.

I think the difference was it was something that directly affected his intentional team mate. The view was "fair enough if you bang some women, but when it starts directly affecting the team it's a problem" At the end of the day though, isn't it still only allegations, something everyone seems to have forgotten? Unless I'm massively mistaken
