Guest Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 How the hell does anybody not know what a Garibaldi is? I'm appalled. I blame the education system. I remember my City & Guilds in biscuits. Real world biscuit training
FoxyPV Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 I blame the education system. I remember my City & Guilds in biscuits. Real world biscuit training It's a jungle out there. We have looooong discussion over which ones to have and it can get heated. Arguing over biscuits in the aisles of the supermarkets was a new low point in my life.
The Doctor Posted 5 April 2011 Author Posted 5 April 2011 Can't go into a shop without planning your actions for the biscuit aisle - it's every man, woman and child for themselves.
BoneDog Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 I blame the education system. I remember my City & Guilds in biscuits. Real world biscuit training Good point. The biscuit A-Z could be incorporated into pre-GCSE Cookery. Tasting biscuits, learning their appearance, ingredients and method of production, plus writing reports and opinions could encompass many lessons ranging from science to English, whilst giving the kids the opportunity to enjoy free biscuits! I may write to Michael Gove to suggest something and if he doesn't reply he can kiss my ass.
ACF Posted 6 April 2011 Posted 6 April 2011 <_< Damn it, didn't see yours. Well I look like a fool don't I...
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 6 April 2011 Posted 6 April 2011 Damn it, didn't see yours. Well I look like a fool don't I... Nothing new there then
Trav Le Bleu Posted 6 April 2011 Posted 6 April 2011 I have noticed that there has been no mention of those broken biscuit assortments that you can buy from the market or discount stores. A whole bundle of different (but somewhat damaged (though nonetheless tasty!)) biscuits. This thread smacks of elitism!

We give them to the birds. So they can fly off and shit on elitist bastards

There is no elitism in the biscuit world - biscuits qualify for the biscuit wars on the sponsorship revenue they'd bring and the money that biscuit has available to bribe FIBA officials talent alone.

The Doctor Posted 9 April 2011 Author Posted 9 April 2011 Tiny Teddies wildcard. If Narborough_fox continues his rebellion then FECB will be thrown out and the teddies drafted in to replace them.
AoWW Posted 9 April 2011 Posted 9 April 2011 If Narborough_fox continues his rebellion then FECB will be thrown out and the teddies drafted in to replace them.
ACF Posted 9 April 2011 Posted 9 April 2011 I, trying to be as un-biased as possible in my situation, believe that FECB should be banned from competition for two rounds, due to his expletive-laden ranting, so on so forth. He may appeal, but seeing as a fairly similar high-profile case during the week had the appeal rejected, FIBA would have to morally and socially blatantly copy the ruling from the other sporting code's association. As he would miss two weeks, he would be unable to complete any of his matches, therefore he would automatically be eliminated from the competition. You may think a fine would be an acceptable punishment, but FIBA has to set an example to the rest of the players.
The Doctor Posted 9 April 2011 Author Posted 9 April 2011 We have reached a verdict - FECB will be thrown out of the tournament. Narborough_fox has until 9:00PM to appeal this punishment. Edit: No appeal has been made and so FECB have been thrown out and the Tiny Teddies drafted in.
