As i said to someone else, he works at the accounts down the KP (feels weird calling it that) and deals with transfers, wages etc. he'll normally hear first hand about players coming in, so he can get new accounts set up for seperate wages. Works differently in sport apparently, with different wages for each player, plus bonuses, clauses etc.
