Finnegan Posted 28 September 2011 Posted 28 September 2011 Good to see a thread about it. After the Waghorn one we should do it for every former striker. I look forward to the "Chris O'Grady scored" discussion in the future. "Louis Dodds scored" Elvis Hammond scored... You'd have a long wait for those threads, boys.

I think the standard is closer than ever.

Podge Posted 14 October 2011 Posted 14 October 2011 Yann was someone I always wanted to do well, kept expecting him to just put one away and go a streak, I remember one thumping header away at Scunny that I still can't believe Murphy got a hand too, but it's hard for me to forget that sinking feeling in my stomach after that penalty. Wish him all the best though, knowing our luck at City though we'll draw Charlton in the FA Cup and he'll bag a hat trick.
Lamby Posted 22 October 2011 Posted 22 October 2011 He scored 2 today Is the world ending or something?
Rodders Posted 22 October 2011 Posted 22 October 2011 Missing a penalty = shit player. Yeah, David Batty, Paul Ince, Gareth Southgate, David Beckham. Some really useless players there. Did anyone actually watch Yann play enough times for Leicester City - in his first year in England - to make an informed judgement on his ability in English football? No, most of you idiots have based your opinions of him on one moment of sheer stupidity in the play-off semi against Cardiff. Does this make him a bad football player, though? No it does not. Glad to see he's got himself a new club and that he's doing well for Chrissy P.
