Lcfcfan11 Posted 24 December 2011 Posted 24 December 2011 Why doesn't moussa play on the wing? He is quick, he takes players on and he can also cross, is that not the sort of player we are looking for?
Milton Keynes Fox Posted 24 December 2011 Posted 24 December 2011 i think we can do better, but saying that he should be given a go
Lcfcfan11 Posted 24 December 2011 Author Posted 24 December 2011 Just give him a couple of games and if he does really well then there is no point wasting millions of pounds on someone.
GianEmmo Zola Posted 24 December 2011 Posted 24 December 2011 Hes a central midfielder. Well every time he played for res he played cm.
acooling08 Posted 24 December 2011 Posted 24 December 2011 He's definately not good enough for a team challenging for promotion from what I've seen of him, which admittedly isn't much.
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 24 December 2011 Posted 24 December 2011 Really don't get the whole Moussa thing. The guy's looked alright in meaningless League Cup games, and on loan at a lower table Championship side, and there's this clamour for him to be involved. Three different managers have decided he's nothing more than a squad player and that's good enough for me. It seems because he's an unknown quantity people think he might be the answer. Well to Sousa, Sven and Pearson he wasn't/isn't an unknown quantity and they've all decided he's not quite up to scratch.
SemperEadem Posted 24 December 2011 Posted 24 December 2011 Does anyone remember the Leeds away game last season where he ran the game, did he play on the wing in that game?
Father Ted Posted 24 December 2011 Posted 24 December 2011 He was quality at Leeds last year and I was impressed with him at Rotherham this year (albeit League 2 opposition) but he has good technical ability and did very well at Doncaster last year. May be worth a shout but obviously Pearson is the one who will see him in training every week.
bluearmyfox23 Posted 24 December 2011 Posted 24 December 2011 I'll do anything to drop gally, the bloke is in the team because of his set plays but even they have been dreadful in the last couple of weeks !! He needs a wake up call big time!! They only problem is though if Moussa was to play on the wing we would then have 2 left sided midfielders?
dhermon Posted 25 December 2011 Posted 25 December 2011 Posed the very same idea a few weeks back on here i still think worth a shout at least from the bench  Sven rated him for the future gave him a new contract When he signed for us he was playing as a winger for his old club
bluearmyfox23 Posted 25 December 2011 Posted 25 December 2011 Snodgrass is left footed but plays on the right? So whats your point ?
Mendi Posted 25 December 2011 Posted 25 December 2011 we need him to perform really he is a good player

I can't see how Moussa could have possibly been any worse than Dyer was yesterday.
Corky Posted 27 December 2011 Posted 27 December 2011 I don't see why he isn't given a go. But it seems that certain players are playing no matter what.
Happy Fox Posted 27 December 2011 Posted 27 December 2011 I don't see why he isn't given a go. But it seems that certain players are playing no matter what. Gelson is off, so is Johnson, Pantsil etc. We haven't really got much choice waiting till January 1st
