cosb6 Posted 24 January 2012 Share Posted 24 January 2012 With tickets going on sale at the start of next week, and it being 1/2 term (for those with little ones to take), I was wondering what the chances were of tickets reaching general sale, how many we might get etc... What is the consensus ?

Dan LCFC Posted 24 January 2012 Share Posted 24 January 2012 Will probably go. Always liked Watford away, fairly easy to get to, often take a good number and make a decent atmosphere. Our record there is far worse than it should be though.
NiftyFox Posted 24 January 2012 Share Posted 24 January 2012 As a lot of Leicester fans live in London and Watford prices are cheaper than normal, sales will be high. I remember last year I think we sold out and I'm hoping to go again.
Matt Posted 24 January 2012 Share Posted 24 January 2012 So many fucked about away games this year. Hardly been to any, 1 or 2 I reckon and looking at them i'll probably only be able to get to 2, 3, 4 at most more.

Danny the Fox 95 Posted 26 January 2012 Share Posted 26 January 2012 Going to this. And reckon this will be a sell out. We took the most to Vicarage Road last season so hopefully we can do it again!
Leicesterpool Posted 26 January 2012 Share Posted 26 January 2012 Might go, last two seasons we've been there have been high scoring games. The 3-3 draw two years ago was heartbreaking to 2-0 up at half time.

Where did you find/hear this? I would be surprised if true, unless Leeds played them on a tuesday night?
Dan LCFC Posted 27 January 2012 Share Posted 27 January 2012 I fail to believe we'd have taken more than QPR who can get a tube there, and actually got promoted that day. I think we'll have 1,500 odd at this, it'll be a good number though, as stated earlier I like Watford away and £15 isn't too bad a price, will be going. Danny the Fox 95 Posted 27 January 2012 Share Posted 27 January 2012 Where did you find/hear this? I would be surprised if true, unless Leeds played them on a tuesday night? Nah I checked in the Watford programme a few days ago, which was from last year and it said we had brought the most fans away from home to their place. NiftyFox Posted 27 January 2012 Share Posted 27 January 2012 Booked my train tickets today, single to London St Pancreas and back only £10.40. Anyone else going by train to the game and how are you getting to Watford? I plan to go on the tube to Watford High Steet on the overground. outfoxed Posted 27 January 2012 Share Posted 27 January 2012 From St Pancras it's quicker to walk across to Euston - 5 mins if that - for the overground. Can either change at Bushey which is 2 mins from Watford HS (about 25 mins in total from Euston with change time) or direct is about 45 mins. Btw Leicester to Watford HS is same cost as Leicester to LStP.
