Sounds like it,although the police have not said they were alerted by some worrying Twitter entries.

All those Raoul Moat sympathisers, who even had a facebook page in Raoul Moats support should now be rounded up and charged.

Not that surprised really, terrible thing to have to cope with and he was obviously struggling with it. He was arrested on suspicion of assaulting his wife last year wasn't he? Not sure if it went anywhere.
